The enrollment plan of private schools shall be reported to the municipal and county (district) education administrative departments for the record before implementation.

3. Implement the principle of "one person, one nationality, nationality follows others". Use the national information management system for primary and secondary school students to strictly control the naturalization of new students. Primary school graduates in urban areas are enrolled in primary schools, enrollment schools and the Municipal Education Bureau.

(2) Organize joint examination. In early May, an audit team composed of municipal, county and district education administrative departments, enrollment schools and students' primary schools went to the designated place for material inspection and audit. Parents provide the following school attendance certificates by category:

(2) Children of foreign businessmen, migrant workers and other migrant workers must provide: household registration book, business license (the time for obtaining the license is more than one year) or labor contract and salary details for more than one year.

3. School attendance for disabled children. The registration time for school-age disabled children in the city is September 1.
