Structured interview process of national civil servant interview

Structured interview, also known as standardized interview, refers to carefully designing the content to be evaluated in advance, systematically and comprehensively drawing up a list of questions, asking questions in strict accordance with the questions prepared in advance, and evaluating the appropriateness of candidates' answers. Today, Chinese public education experts will show you the process and form of structured interview.

First, structure the interview process.

Candidates need to prepare materials according to the requirements in the interview notice and arrive at the designated examination place in advance. The staff will review the candidates' certificates and information, and then draw lots in the waiting room. When it's your turn to interview, there will usually be a guide to guide you to the interview room, answer questions, wait for the score to be counted, announce the score on the spot or wait for the next candidate to finish the exam, and finally they may leave directly or wait until all the exams are over.

Second, the structured interview form

There are two forms of structured interview: reading questions or reading questions, and two different forms need to pay attention to different contents:

1. Reading problem. Reading questions means that the examiner reads questions. Listen to the question. There is no problem on the table, Ben. It is possible to have a pen and paper or no pen. If there is, you can record it. If not, you should record it with your brain. Therefore, it is still difficult. You must listen carefully before answering the question.

(1) Practice asking family and friends to record the topic as audio and play it by themselves;

(2) For each question type that is frequently tested, it is necessary to know which keywords each question type focuses on;

(3) After listening to the examiner, you should have an overall grasp of the topic and then think about it. When the examiner reads your writing, your pen speed may not keep up with the examiner's speech speed, resulting in incomplete listening;

(4) If you don't hear the question clearly and can't even think and answer it, you can ask the examiner to read it again, pay attention to politeness and show respect. For example, I'm sorry that the examiner didn't hear the question clearly. Please read it again. Thank you, examiner. Of course, it is not advisable to repeat the question too many times, which will have a bad influence.

2. Look at the topic. Generally speaking, the question is on the table. You can read the problem book yourself and feel better, but you can't take it lightly.

(1) Look carefully. It is easy to read the topic simply, but it is easy to skim it, leaving out some key information. Before you start thinking, you should grasp every keyword and structure of the topic.

(2) put an end to empiricism. I am afraid of deja vu when I see the topic. You can accumulate the topics you have read, but don't copy them. After careful examination, I should answer questions in a targeted manner.

(3) Be careful not to cross out the problem book, but be careful!
