1. Wenshuyuan is located in Qingyang District, Chengdu. Wenshuyuan was founded in the year of Sui Daye. In the thirty-sixth year of Kangxi, he raised funds to rebuild the temple and renamed it Wenshuyuan. It is one of the key Buddhist temples in the State Council, the first of the four Zen forests in the upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China, and a key cultural relic protection unit in Sichuan Province.
2. Zhaojue Temple, located 5 kilometers north of Chengdu, is known as the "first jungle" in western Sichuan. During the Zhenguan period in the Tang Dynasty, it was changed to a Buddhist temple, and when Xuanzong proclaimed the Emperor, it was named "Zhaojue". During Song Chongning's reign, Keqin, a Buddhist country, gave a lecture in the temple and changed his name to Zhaojue. In the early years of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty, Zhao Jue changed to Zen Forest. In the seventeenth year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty, it was destroyed by fire. Kangxi rebuilt in the second year of Qing Dynasty. The temple is large in scale and has trees.
