If the avoidance principle is not set, the lottery will produce home court advantage.
Semi final and final
After the semi-finals, all competitions will be held at the Kolofre Stadium in Nyon, Switzerland, and the final will be held on April 14, 2065438. The winning team will win the Leonard Johnson Cup for the first time, and the Youth Champions Cup will be named after UEFA Honorary President Johnson.
Note: The UEFA Youth Champions League knockout is a single-game tiebreaker system with no overtime. If you don't decide the outcome within the regular time, you will directly enter the penalty shootout.
