But in fact, China women's volleyball team occupied the development space of women's basketball team, while men's volleyball team was occupied by men's basketball team. Because of the special status of women's volleyball, the future of women's volleyball is better than that of women's basketball. In contrast, female athletes usually give priority to volleyball rather than women's basketball. Because basketball is more popular, playing basketball is far more promising than volleyball, so male athletes prefer playing basketball to volleyball when choosing. The women's volleyball team concentrated the essence of female players, thus maintaining its dominant position, while the men's volleyball team was once a strong team, but its performance declined step by step.
