What do you do when you are forced to help make a choice?

If I can help, I will choose to help, but if I can't help, or I need to work hard to help, then I will consider the extent of my relationship with this person before deciding whether to help him. Even if I am forced, I still have the right to choose. I am not afraid to offend someone who embarrassed me, because the person who pushed me to the road of choice is no longer my friend.
