In the play, Kaitai and Qin Xiang are both nurses in the nursing department, but Qin Xiang wants to be a nurse because Naoki is a doctor. Kaitai is a person who dreams of becoming a nurse. He is very warm-blooded, as can be seen from his performance in the hospital.
At first, Kaitai was speechless with Qin Xiang, because Qin Xiang was always making mistakes because of his poor working condition. Kaitai never liked Qin Xiang. Later, he was attracted by Qin Xiang's stupidity. However, Qin Xiang didn't know it himself.
Later, Qin Xiang wanted to set up Kai Tai and Zhiyi, but Zhiyi didn't like Kai Tai. Later, Kaitai and Qiuxian came together, and they met in the hospital. Qiuxian was a patient cared for by Kaitai.
