I. Number of enrollment schools and plans
There are 360 junior high schools in Taizhou, 540 middle schools in Linhai, 540 experimental middle schools in HP and 450 middle schools in Linhai.
Second, the division of school districts
The division of school districts in 20 14 is the same as that in 20 13 (see annex for detailed division scheme and school district distribution map of each school).
Third, the school district enrolls students, and arranges the objects and special students as a whole.
(1) Students in the school district. The following objects belong to students in the school district:
1. School-age teenagers have household registration in this school district, and their parents' real estate (for residence, the same below) is in this school district;
School-age teenagers and their parents are registered in this school district, but their parents are in the street where the school district is located.
The school has no real estate, school-age teenagers live with their grandparents (grandparents) and their real estate is in the school district;
3. School-age teenagers and their parents have household registration in this school district, but their parents have no real estate in Linhai City and have been renting in this school district for more than three years (provide relevant rental certificates for three consecutive years from the date of promulgation of these Measures, and verify them through investigation);
4. School-age teenagers have household registration in this school district, and their parents have not moved their property in this school district (provide the demolition agreement and relevant municipal unit certificates);
5. School-age teenagers and villagers' children whose parents have household registration in this school district (referring to agricultural registered permanent residence);
6. Children of returned overseas Chinese living in the school district, children of foreign Chinese, and children accompanying Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
(2) the overall arrangement of objects. The Municipal Education Bureau is responsible for the overall arrangement of the following four types of enrollment approved by the Office of the Leading Group for Compulsory Education Enrollment: (1) children of revolutionary martyrs and children of people who died in the line of duty; (2) according to the provisions of the school's land acquisition and demolition agreement, it is necessary to take care of the enrolled students; (3) Children of staff and workers who are officially in school; (4) the relevant policies and regulations of the state, province, prefecture (city) and city really need to make overall arrangements for admission objects.
(3) all kinds of special students. The enrollment project and number are determined by the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Sports Bureau, and the leading group for enrollment of compulsory education in the city is approved according to the project layout. Specific enrollment measures shall be formulated separately.
(4) Time and method of registration. From July 7th to 10, guardians of primary school graduates registered in Gucheng Street brought household registration books, house ownership certificates and other supporting materials to the Municipal Education Bureau for verification, while guardians of primary school graduates registered in Yangpu Experimental Middle School District of Dayang Street brought household registration books, house ownership certificates and other supporting materials to HP Experimental Middle School for verification. On July 18, the public junior high schools directly under the urban area publicized the pre-admission list of students in this school district for 3 days. If unqualified conditions are found during the publicity period, registration will not be accepted; School-age teenagers who meet the admission requirements must register at the school district on July 2 1.
Fourth, the lottery admission batch and object
(1) Enrollment schools and places. If there are vacancies in the above four schools, the schools and places will be announced to the public after approval by the Office of the Leading Group for Compulsory Education Enrollment.

(1) Registration object: School-age teenagers register in this school district, but they do not have the conditions of this school district or making overall arrangements for students.
(2) Enrollment method: If the enrollment number is greater than the enrollment number, all applicants will be admitted; If the number of students enrolled is less than the number of applicants, they will be admitted by lottery. If you don't accept the lottery, you will be admitted by lottery in the above other schools with vacancies.
2. The second batch. After the first batch of admission, if there are still places, the second batch is allowed.
(1) Registration object: School-age teenagers have coastal household registration, but their household registration is not in the school district, and their parents have real estate in the school district; School-age teenagers have a household registration in Linhai, but their household registration is not in this school district. Their parents have no real estate in Linhai city, and their grandparents have real estate in this school district.
(2) Enrollment method: If the enrollment number is greater than the enrollment number, all applicants will be admitted; If the number of students enrolled is less than the number of applicants, they will be admitted by lottery. Those who have not been admitted by the lottery can study in the school where the household registration is located according to the regulations, or they can enroll in the public junior high school directly under the urban area with vacancies through the lottery.
3. The third batch. After the second batch of admission, if there are still places, the third batch is allowed.
(1) Registration object: primary school graduates who are not registered in Gucheng and Dayang primary schools and have coastal household registration.
(2) Enrollment method: If the total enrollment is less than the total enrollment of each school, draw lots to determine the school; If the total number of students enrolled is greater than the total number of students enrolled in each school, first shake out the students who can attend, then draw lots to determine the schools to attend, and the remaining students will return to the registered schools.
4. After the third batch of enrollment, the office of the leading group for compulsory education enrollment will decide whether to organize the fourth batch of enrollment according to the vacancy situation.
(3) Registration and admission time. The guardians of the first and second batch of school-age teenagers registered in the school district where the household registration or real estate is located on July 1 1 and 12 with the original and photocopy of the household registration book and the house ownership certificate, and the lottery and lottery were pre-admitted and publicized for 3 days on July 17. Eligible school-age teenagers must register on July 2 1. The guardians of the third batch of school-age teenagers registered with the Municipal Education Bureau on July 24th and 25th with the original and photocopy of the household registration book.
