Baishi Hydropower Project is the largest investment project in Tianzhu County. In April 2003, the People's Government of Qiandongnan Prefecture successively signed the Letter of Intent for the Construction of Tianzhu Hydropower Station and the Framework Agreement for the Construction of Tianzhu Hydropower Station with Wuling Company. In order to do a good job in power station construction and resettlement, Tianzhu County Immigration Development Bureau was established in August of the same year. In 2004, Baishi Power Station was listed as the first of "Ten Practical Things" by Tianzhu County Party Committee and County Government.
Since September, 2003, the preparatory work for power station construction has been carried out in an all-round way, and the preliminary works such as the approach road of Baishi Power Station, 1 10 kV substation, site leveling works in the construction area, flood dike works of Dongjiaqiao, gravel yard and Baishi Bridge have been completed one after another. Two centralized resettlement sites, Sam 'ao in Baishi Town and Dongjiaqiao in Jiangdong Township, were implemented to resettle 85 households with 3 14 people in the construction area; The investigation, review and publicity of submerged physical indicators in the reservoir area of Baishi Power Station were completed, and the decomposition, publicity and review of submerged land in the reservoir area were carried out, as well as the investigation of the current situation of market towns and homesteads. At the same time, the reconstruction planning and design of three relocated market towns, Machu, Yuankou and Xinglong, and the planning and design of special reconstruction projects such as transportation, electricity and communication in the reservoir area were completed. In June 5438+February, 2008, the construction access road of Luohanpo Precast Yard Project of Qingshuijiang Bridge in Yuankou and Qiutangwan Bridge of Baishi-Xinglong Highway were started one after another, marking the comprehensive start of the reservoir management project. By the end of 2009, the investment of the completed project was nearly 654.38 billion yuan, and the compensation investment was 42.4433 million yuan.
