In terms of secondary pressurized water supply, residential quarters in Fucheng District III are mostly collected and maintained by property. In order to further improve the management of water supply price in Fucheng, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, combined with the actual situation in Fucheng, drew up two price schemes for secondary pressurized water supply according to the provisions of Anhui Province Pricing Catalogue, Fuyang City Secondary Water Supply Price Management Measures and Urban Water Supply Price Management Measures.
Scheme 1: The basic water price will be increased by RMB/m3 according to the prepayment scheme of Fucheng Property Company. That is, the first basic water price of secondary water supply is yuan/cubic meter; The second step water price is RMB/m3; Third step yuan/cubic meter.
Option 2: According to Bozhou standard, the basic water price will be increased by 1 yuan /m3. That is, the first basic water price of secondary water supply is yuan/cubic meter; The second step water price is RMB/m3; Third step yuan/cubic meter.

At the meeting, on the basis of careful review of the previous cost situation and in-depth investigation, the participants put forward opinions and suggestions on the two schemes submitted to the hearing from different angles and in many ways. According to the on-site speeches, most participants supported the second scheme.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that it will fully study and absorb everyone's opinions and suggestions, further refine the plan, and submit it to the municipal government for final approval before implementation.
It is worth noting that after the implementation document of Fucheng's secondary water supply price is issued, the property company will no longer charge the secondary pressurization fee for the residential area that is kept by the water supply company, and the fee will be charged by the water supply company according to the secondary water supply price.
