Understand the interview type of public examination
There are two types of interviews for civil servants in Chongqing, one is structured and the other is leaderless. Structured interviews account for a large proportion, reaching 90%, and leaderless interviews account for 10%, which means most of them are structured. It should be noted that although leaderless exams account for a small proportion, some positions will also be tested, so I don't know what to do when I need to prepare in advance to avoid exams.

The structured examination questions are relatively fixed, with four questions of 20 minutes and each question of 5 minutes. There are many elements of questions, such as comprehensive analysis, interpersonal relationship, emergency response, planning and organization, expanding questions, etc., and the frequency of investigation is high.
In the interview of civil servants, examiners and candidates will draw lots and then decide the order of appearance. Personal information shall not be disclosed during the answering process, otherwise it will be recorded as 0. The scoring link is calculated according to the "gymnastics scoring" method, and the highest score and the lowest score are removed and the average value is taken.
Candidates' scores will be announced at the end of the interview, so this piece is also fair and just. Generally speaking, the time from the interview is getting shorter and shorter, so we should take the time to prepare for the exam and be more familiar with the interview.
