I. Requirements of the Entries

2. Forms of expression: the forms of expression are novel, diverse and novel. 3. Speech requirements: The competition must be conducted without the script. During the speech, contestants are required to be fluent in language, skilled in speech skills and strong in appeal.

1. Participants: all students.

2. Procedure: Each class first selects its own spokesperson and organizes rehearsals, and each class selects a program to participate in the school selection; On May 24th, the list of contestants will be submitted to the Youth League Committee by class, and the Youth League Committee will also organize lots to determine the competition order. During the competition, players can report their own topics, but not their names and classes. The competition time of each player is limited to 3-5 minutes. If it is overtime or insufficient, the jury will deduct points appropriately.

The order of the competition is decided by drawing lots, and the order will not be changed halfway. The competition needs to be tight, and players who are late for 1 minute will be considered as abstaining.

Participants must strictly abide by the rules of the competition. During the competition, if there is any objection, it will be decided by the jury.

6. All students should abide by the discipline of the venue, be civilized spectators, and give warm applause to each player's game. Without the permission of the class teacher, they are not allowed to leave early or leave halfway.
