With the victory of the anti-encirclement campaign and the expansion of the Soviet area, trade union organizations have also been developed and improved, and trade unions at the provincial, county, district and township levels have been generally established in various revolutionary base areas. At the beginning of 1933, after the All-China Federation of Trade Unions moved from Shanghai to the Central Soviet Area, the Soviet Area Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions merged with the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the trade unions in the Soviet Area were further developed under the leadership of Liu Shaoqi and Chen Yun.
