Structured interview interview process: interview registration lottery? Waiting for the exam? Into the examination room? Answer the question? Candidates leave? Is the interview over? Has the next candidate been admitted? Achievement confirmation? The interview is over.
The leaderless group discusses the interview process: do candidates enter the venue? Personal statement? Free discussion? Concluding remarks? Candidates leave? Will the next candidate be admitted by grading? Achievement confirmation? The interview is over.
In addition to the above two interview forms, a small number of departments will also use semi-structured interviews and structured group interviews.
Semi-structured interview process: interview registration lottery? Waiting for the exam? Into the examination room? Answer the question? Candidates leave? Is the interview over? Has the next candidate been admitted? Achievement confirmation? End of interview
Structured group interview process: first, draw lots in the waiting room to decide who you want to PK with, usually three or four people in the same position. Secondly, enter the exam preparation room together after grouping, and draw lots again to decide the order of answering questions. There are problem books, draft papers and pens in the preparation room (some of them have instructions on the examination process). The preparation time of 15 minutes can be written on the draft paper, but you can't scribble on the problem book. It should be noted that you can't discuss with each other during the preparation. Finally, enter the examination room and sit in the order of drawing lots. Next, there are two ways to answer questions: one is 1 to answer the first question, the other is 2 to answer the first question, and the third is 3 to answer the first question; Secondly, No.2 answered the second question, then No.3 and 1 answered the second question respectively, and so on. Everyone has a chance to answer questions for the first time. Second, first 1 did the first question, then supplemented the second and third questions respectively, and then answered the second and third questions by analogy, so as to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to answer the questions for the first time. Comments and replies will be made after the answer. First, comments No.2 and No.3, No.2 and No.3, No.3 and No.3 of 1 1 will respond separately, and the last comment No.3, 1 and comment No.2 will respond separately. The exam is over, and the candidates leave together.
