The time limit is 10 minutes or 15 minutes, and the topics are limited. Candidates draw lots to decide the interview order and examination room number.
Interviews are generally graded in terms of image, language expression, logical thinking, job matching, adaptability and comprehensive impression.
After entering the interview room, the examiner talks about the interview rules, and the other examiners don't talk. The number of examiners is odd, and they will leave the examination room after answering the questions or when the time is up.
Examiners' scores are treated equally, with the highest score removed and the lowest score removed, and the others are averaged. The test results are generally announced after the end of the same position, and there is a written notice whether you are selected to participate in the medical examination.
