20 19 Men's Basketball World Cup qualifiers and rematches are as follows:
1. The China host team directly won the right to participate in the 20 19 Men's Football World Cup.
2. Eighty A-level groups from Africa (16), America (16), Asia-Pacific (16) and Europe (32) participated in the qualifying competition for classified advertisements.
3. There are 16 teams from Africa, America and Asia-Pacific. Each of the four teams is divided into four groups. There are 32 teams in Europe, and four teams are divided into eight teams.
4. Each team plays against three groups of opponents in the same group in local system and away game. In each team competition, there are three home games, a total of three home games. Three teams from the top three of each team entered the quarter-finals, and six teams from each team participated in the semi-finals (four semi-finals in Europe and two other semi-finals).
