I. Recruitment Unit and Location
The public security organs below the county level in the province plan to recruit 6000 policemen. These include:
Chengdu 600, Zigong 175, Panzhihua 17 1 Luzhou, Deyang 186, Mianyang 233, Guangyuan 224, Leshan 282, Suining 339, Neijiang 235, Nanchong 192.
Recruitment positions in various places are divided into comprehensive management positions and public security professional positions, and bilingual positions can be set up appropriately in minority areas according to needs. See the city (state) announcement for details.
Second, the object and scope of recruitment
(1) Recruitment candidates.
On-the-job and off-the-job social workers who obtained corresponding academic certificates before June 65438+1October 65438+February 2007 and met the requirements. Third, the application conditions
(1) Having China nationality and enjoying civil and political rights.

(5) Physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the Physical Examination Items and Standards for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Public Security (No.[2006 54 38+0]74 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security). Among them, the height of males is above 1.68m (the height of male graduates of provincial public security police colleges enrolled in or before 65438 is +0.65m), and the height of females is above1.58m. The naked eye vision of both eyes is above 4.8. The weight of men is not less than 48kg, and that of women is not less than 43kg. The weight shall not exceed 25% of the standard weight and shall not be less than 15% of the standard weight. If the weight exceeds the prescribed standard but the fat content does not exceed the standard, it shall be deemed as qualified. Standard weight calculation method: standard weight (kg) = height (cm)-110; Calculation method of percentage of standard weight: [actual weight (kg)-standard weight (kg)] ÷ standard weight (kg) × 100%.

8, other reasons are not suitable for the work of the people's police.

IV. Registration and Qualification Examination
This police recruit unified online registration and payment. Registration is organized by the Provincial Personnel Department, and implemented by the municipal (state) Personnel Bureau. The qualification examination is the responsibility of the municipal (state) Public Security Bureau. The qualification examination includes three links: the preliminary qualification examination when registering online, the qualification review before the interview and the qualification confirmation in the inspection work. If it is found that the applicant does not meet the job requirements in any link, his registration or employment qualification will be cancelled, and all losses caused thereby will be borne by the applicant himself.
Online registration time is from July 26th to August 5th, 2007. The registration websites are Sichuan Personnel Examination Network and the websites of examination centers of municipal (state) personnel bureaus. Please refer to the city (state) police announcement for the specific website. Registration and qualification examination shall be conducted according to the following procedures:
(1) Register online.
1. Select a location. Candidates log on to the registration website and choose positions that fully meet the registration conditions.
2. Fill in the information. Applicants are requested to register according to the online prompts, and truthfully and accurately fill in the Information Form of Civil Servants (People's Police) Employed in Sichuan Public Examination in 2007. If the applicant conceals relevant information or provides false materials, the competent employment authority will cancel his employment qualification. Candidates should log on to the registration website 3-4 days after filling in the information to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination shall print the information form of civil servants (people's police) in Sichuan public examination in 2007 in duplicate according to the network tips used in the qualification review.
3. Preliminary qualification examination. Municipalities (states) Public Security Bureau shall conduct preliminary qualification examination according to the materials provided by the applicant on the Internet, and put forward audit opinions within 2 working days after the applicant's registration. Those who meet the registration conditions shall not refuse to register; If the examination is unqualified, the reasons shall be explained. Those who have passed the qualification examination should download the registration information of candidates for qualification examination and inspection.
(2) Registration confirmation.
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination must log on to the registration website to upload photos and pay fees from July 28th to August 10, 2007 (according to the document No.237 of Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau [2003], 50 yuan is charged for written examination and 80 yuan for psychological quality test). Applicants can only choose one position for registration confirmation. Those who fail to confirm within the specified time after registration are deemed to have given up automatically. The specific confirmation procedure is carried out according to the network prompt.
Candidates in any of the following circumstances can reduce the examination fee:
1. Urban family candidates who enjoy the national minimum living security stipulated in the Measures for the Implementation of the Minimum Living Security for Urban Residents in Sichuan Province;
2. * * * Decision of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Candidates for Absolute Poverty Families in Rural Areas;
3. Family candidates whose parents are both dead, one of whose parents is a martyr or a first-class disabled soldier, and whose life is very difficult;
4. Candidates from families with special difficulties who are temporarily unable to maintain their basic life due to illness, sudden disasters and other reasons.
Poor candidates who meet the above-mentioned first situation enjoy the minimum living guarantee certificate and special difficulty certificate issued by the district (city) county civil affairs department; In accordance with the second and fourth situations mentioned above, poor candidates should produce certificates of rural poor families and special difficulties issued by the township (town) government, street offices and school student offices; Poor candidates who meet the above third situation shall go through the formalities of exemption and reduction with valid certificates such as the certificate of father or mother's martyr issued by the civil affairs department, the certificate of father or mother's first-class disabled soldiers, and the certificate of parents' death issued by the local police station. Candidates who meet the above-mentioned exemption conditions can pay in advance when registering online, and go through the refund formalities with valid documents at the provincial personnel examination and evaluation base within 15 days after the written examination.
(3) print the admission ticket.
Candidates who have successfully registered online and gone through the confirmation formalities will log on to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network with their registration serial number, ID number and name from 8: 00 on August 25th to 24: 00 on September 30th, 2007, and register at the designated test center with their admission ticket and ID card (excluding the old temporary id card, expired ID card and ID card copy) on the day of the examination. If the admission ticket is not printed within the time limit, which affects the examination, the candidates should bear all the responsibilities.

The examination is divided into written test, psychological quality test, interview and physical fitness test. Candidates who pass the preliminary qualification examination can take written examination and psychological quality test.
The total score of the exam is calculated as 100, in which the written test score accounts for 70% of the total score and the interview score accounts for 30% of the total score. If individual positions in minority areas need to be tested in minority languages, the examination method and score ratio shall be clearly defined in the public recruitment announcement of this municipality (state).
Psychological quality test and physical fitness test do not calculate scores, and scores are divided into qualified and unqualified.

The written test subjects of comprehensive management positions are Shen Lun, administrative professional aptitude test and basic knowledge of public security, accounting for 25%, 25% and 20% of the total scores respectively. The written examination subjects of public security professional posts are "administrative professional aptitude test" and "basic knowledge of public security", accounting for 30% and 40% of the total scores respectively.
According to the Notice of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job in the Plan of College Students' Volunteer Service in the West in 2004 (Zhongqinglianfa [2004]16) and relevant regulations, at the time of registration, candidates who pass the examination of the Plan of College Students' Volunteer Service in the West can enjoy the preferential policy of * * * * plus 5 points. The specific bonus items are: if you apply for a comprehensive management position, you will add 2.5 points in the "Administrative Professional Ability Orientation Test" and "Application"; Apply for public security professional positions, and add 5 points to the Administrative Professional Ability Orientation Test. The bonus points are converted into written test scores according to the prescribed proportion.
According to the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on Guiding and Encouraging College Graduates to Face Grassroots Employment (Sichuan Provincial Party Committee Office [2005] No.34), the registration deadline for volunteers who participate in the national, provincial and municipal (state) "Three Supports and One Support" plan, "Volunteer Service for College Students in the West" and "Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education Stage" is closed. Children of public security policemen who are disabled due to war and duty are assessed as six-level disabled, and their written test scores are converted and added with 3 points; Police children who have won the first class merit will be given 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
Graduates of public security police colleges who have obtained personal first-class merit will receive 2 points after the written test scores are converted.
The above bonus points are not accumulated, and if two or more bonus points are met, the bonus points will be added according to the highest bonus standard. (2) Psychological quality test.
All candidates have to undergo a psychological quality test. The psychological quality test was conducted by written test on September 2, and the test results and written test results were announced at the same time.
(3) Qualification examination and interview.

After receiving the notice of qualification re-examination, candidates will carry a copy (with photos) of the Information Form for Recruiting Civil Servants (People's Police) in Sichuan Public Examination in 2007, identity cards, diplomas, degree certificates (positions with clear academic qualifications), household registration certificates (positions with clear recruitment scope) and other procedures required by the recruiting unit to conduct qualification re-examination at the designated time and place. Among them, several types of special applicants must also meet the following procedures:
1. College graduates who are newly employed in enterprises and institutions, who have not participated in this recruitment before the probation period (probation period), must submit the formalities agreed by their units to apply for the exam.
2. Civil servants who have not completed the minimum service period shall apply for the examination, and shall issue the procedures for organizing the personnel department to agree to apply for the examination in accordance with the personnel management authority.
3. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state, such provisions shall prevail.
Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice; Vacancies in the qualification review shall be filled by the municipal (state) Personnel Bureau and the Public Security Bureau in turn among those who have passed the psychological quality test according to the written test results. (4) Physical fitness test.

Physical fitness tests are conducted by cities (states) in qualified schools and other places. The physical fitness test plan in minority areas is put forward by the city (state) in combination with the actual situation, and implemented after being approved by the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Public Security Department. The specific time and place of the physical fitness test shall be notified to the candidates by the city (state).
Physical examination and examination of intransitive verbs
After the interview and physical fitness test, among the people who passed the physical fitness test, according to the positions and places, they are ranked from high to low according to the total test scores (if the total test scores are the same, the ranking will be determined by the written test scores; If the written test scores are the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the order of the administrative professional aptitude test and the application results, and the candidates for physical examination and inspection shall be determined equally. For positions where the actual number of people participating in the interview is less than 3 times of the recruitment quota, our province will draw a qualified line according to the total score after the physical fitness test, and select the medical examiners within the qualified line. Physical examination must be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level. In addition to the height, vision and weight specified in Item (5) of Article 3 of this announcement, the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Items and Standards for Public Security Organs to Employ People's Police by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Public Security. Recruiting units or candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination may request re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination. Re-examination is only conducted once, and the conclusion of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination results. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination and inspection can be filled in turn. The specific arrangements shall be notified by the municipalities (states).
Seven. publicize
After determining the personnel to be hired, the municipalities (states) will publicize them. Accept social supervision and reporting during the publicity period, and the publicity period is 7 days. Informants should reflect the problem with their real names and provide necessary investigation clues. Publicity for 7 days, did not reflect or reflect the problem does not affect the employment, employment procedures; If the problem is serious and evidence is found, it will not be hired; If there is a serious problem in the report, but it is difficult to verify or deny it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after it is found out. After the publicity, according to the total score of the exam, the candidates themselves will choose specific employers in turn according to their positions. Vacancies arising from the abandonment of candidates can be filled in turn.
Eight, employment approval and probation period
(a) those who pass the publicity shall be examined and approved by the municipal (state) personnel bureau according to the prescribed procedures and issued a notice of employment, and the recruiting unit shall notify the candidates.
The hired personnel shall go through the relevant formalities with the employment notice and report at the time notified by the unit. Those who fail to report within the prescribed time limit will be disqualified from employment and re-apply for civil service qualification within three years.
If the approved employee's original unit or the relevant competent department delays or refuses to go through the relevant formalities without justifiable reasons, the recruiting unit may report to the provincial competent employment authority for approval and go through the relevant formalities directly.
Candidates who apply for other organs in the province and participate in the police recruitment because they have not been notified of being hired, and have been hired as civil servants by other organs before going through the examination and approval procedures for this employment (subject to the time notified by the employer), I should take the initiative to terminate my participation in this examination, and the unit hired this time will not be hired.
(2) The newly recruited people's police have a probation period of one year. Upon the expiration of the probation period, those who pass the examination by the employing unit will be formally graded, registered as civil servants and awarded police titles. Recruits who have not graduated from public security police colleges must receive initial training of public security police. Anyone who fails the training and is found to be unqualified during the probation period will be disqualified.
