Before signing up, you must be not confident. How can a person who hasn't even run 5 kilometers win a race of 2 1 km, which is only 1 month and a half away from the official race? With a nervous heart, I consulted people who have run marathons. He said that people who usually run 10 km will be fine, and encouraged me to sign up, but I didn't even run 10 km. The more I ask, the less confident I am. I begged others everywhere to cheer me up and save my strength for signing up. Fortunately, no one objected, and I also played the second-rate spirit of Aries and Sagittarius. In this way, even if I was not sure whether I would go to the competition, I signed up for the half horse.
I don't know how this road will go and end. There is always such a voice in my heart to motivate myself. From the beginning of registration, I tried to run down. In fact, there is another voice behind it. If you really can't run down, come down. You don't have to force yourself. However, the first voice is unconvinced.
From the beginning of March to the April 17 competition day, it is only 1 month and a half. /kloc-how to arrange the training for 0/month and a half? I searched the internet for relevant information, and basically said that it would take at least 3 to 4 months to prepare for the half horse race. I obviously don't have enough time, so I have to complete the first goal of 10 km to finish the race with a little confidence. So I set the goal of running down 10 km. Then, the distribution of running speed is analyzed. According to the latest closing time, running 5 kilometers should not exceed 40 minutes, and running 10 kilometers should not exceed 1 hour for 20 minutes.
In the first week, warm up from 3 kilometers. All previous runs were carried out on weekends. The running record is basically about 3 kilometers, which took more than 40 minutes. At present, it is necessary to ensure that you train at least three times a week, and you should also use your usual time. The plan is to train at distances of 3, 5 and 8 in the first week. The next week, unfortunately, my period came and my initial training was suspended for a week.

In the next training, I thought I should have a score of 15 km, but my running distance never exceeded 10 km, and I kept a warm-up distance of 5 km until the match day. Strictly speaking, I only trained for 1 month.
How sunny it was that day and how big the sun was. Get up early in the morning, simply drink some water and eat something (dare not eat more). I have to arrive at the starting point of Tiananmen Square at 5: 30. I saw my friends wearing the same competition clothes all the way. This feeling is very strange. When we arrived at Tiananmen West Station, it was only about 10 minutes away from the competition time. I trotted all the way and saw the square full of heavily guarded policemen, coordinated volunteers and little people in yellow clothes. My inner excitement began to flood and my stomach and intestines began to relax. I was a little excited and nervous, and my legs began to fight.
The cheers and screams around the crowd who ran through the security check and entered the game began to boil, and the atmosphere suddenly warmed up. I slowly moved forward with the crowd at the end of the queue, surrounded by people who talked together, and some people who came alone like me were quietly preparing. With a gunshot in the distance, the moving speed began to accelerate. Finally, when I ran to the square outside the starting line, my inner excitement was suddenly released, like a long-awaited flood, and I began to run forward.
1, 2, 3 ... People keep passing by you, but I know my pace can't be chaotic. I can only run 10 km by maintaining a steady running speed and physical strength. The first time I ran on the wide Chang 'an Avenue, I ran as fast as I wanted, surrounded by cheering crowds, people in charge of collecting videos and taking photos, and contestants who came down in a few steps. I concentrate on the road under my feet, and the running distance in the listener's earphone prompts, "Congratulations on running 1km" and "Congratulations on running 2km" ... so it's easy to run through Jianguomen and Chaoyangmen, and complete the distance of 5km within the specified time.
Running and watching along the way, there are more and more colorful contestants around, including blind contestants led by front runners, black friends, old people and very young children. There are many people who wear strange clothes, fashion personality and professional runners. There are cheers and cheers among the contestants, and the whole atmosphere can only be understood if you participate in it. It's too exciting and positive. This kind of competition is really interesting.
In the first 5 kilometers, I was calming my excitement and focusing on running; At a distance of 5 to 10 km, I began to observe the people around me and pay attention to their running rhythm. After crossing 10 km, I knew that my challenge had just begun, because it was a distance I had never run before, and I didn't know what my physical condition would be like.
The advantage of the competition atmosphere is that you are excited, as if you don't feel tired, and your physical strength is much better than usual. I kept running until I took a sip of water at the water station before spitting it out. After crossing the Bird's Nest Stadium and reaching the peak of experience, my body entered a state of breaking through the limit, my limbs began to numb and my knees ached a little.
In the last 3 kilometers, I seem to feel that the blood of all limbs is gathered in the heart to supply the rapid increase of blood flow. Running around in the bird's nest, leaving your own figure in front of the camera. After turning one corner after another, the road was finally straight, and the finish line was 200 meters in front of me. I showed a bright smile and fell in love with this girl who dared to challenge. Fortunately, I didn't give up.
