It is understood that among the 9 plots around Xinglong Lake, 3 are rental housing plots (plots No.4, No.8 and No.9), and all bidders are required to be self-sustaining. The remaining 6 plots that can be sold are included in the transfer plan, including "rental object, sales price and transfer conditions" and "price limit and sale restriction":
1. Commercial housing developed and constructed must be sold or leased to employees of enterprises and institutions in Chengdu Science City.
2. The sales price of ordinary commodity housing developed and constructed by bidders shall not exceed 6,800 yuan/square meter, and the sales price of high-grade commodity housing shall not exceed 9,000 yuan/square meter.
3. Commercial housing shall not be listed and transferred within 5 years from the date of signing the purchase contract and completing the online signing; If the house is listed and transferred from the 6th year to the 10 year since the signing of the house purchase contract and the completion of the online signing, the seller shall pay the value-added income (the taxable value of the transferred house minus the original house purchase price, the capital interest calculated according to the benchmark interest rate of bank loans in the same period and the taxes payable) to the Chengdu Management Committee of Tianfu New District at a decreasing rate of 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%.
