Please do not copy the interview process of institutions in Jiangsu Province.

I am not from Jiangsu, but if the interview form (which will be explained in the interview announcement) is a structured interview, the general interview process is the same. There are generally 9 people in the examination room: 6 examiners,/kloc-0 examiners, and 2 examiners. My interview was like this. Knocking at the door-entering the door-standing well-bowing-"Hello, examiners and staff present, (or: Hello, examiners). I'm candidate 1 "-the examiner said, please sit down-you sit down-the examiner said, congratulations ... here are the interview questions. -The examiner continues to read the second question ... The answer is the same as the first question. After answering the questions-stand up-bow and say: thank you, examiners-then walk out of the examination room and wait in the listening room (remember to close the door when you come out). When your next candidate answers, a teacher will take you back to the examination room, and the examiner will read you the score of your interview. Leave the examination room after listening to the scores, and the whole interview is over.

Draw lots in the waiting room, draw lots under the guidance of the teacher, wait for the exam, listen to the scores, etc. Don't worry, the key is the whole interview process. At present, many interviews do not give draft paper and pens, and I have interviewed twice without them. That is, listening to the questions-answering questions, so the key is to concentrate on listening to the questions read by the examiner. If you can't hear clearly the first time, you can ask the examiner to read it a second time. If you can't hear clearly the second time, forget it. Don't ask to read it a third time, because the examiner may think you have a hearing problem. Even if some interviews give you draft paper and pens, I advise you not to use them, because you should pay attention to eye contact with the examiner during the answering process. Once you write something on paper, you want to see what is written on the paper because you are nervous during the answering process. You should also take into account the communication with the examiner and think about the content of the answer, which will limit your thinking ... So, if you are fully prepared, it is recommended not to use grass.
