general rule

1. Before each competition, draw lots to arrange the athletes' competition order. 100 meter hurdles and 1 10 meter hurdles shall be divided into groups by technical representatives, with more than 5 people in each group, but not less than 3 people.

In the grouping of the last event of the all-around competition, the athletes with leading points after the penultimate event should be grouped into one group. In addition, the grouping of each other individual event should be arranged by drawing lots according to the athletes who have obtained the qualification to continue the competition in the previous event.

If the omnipotent referee thinks that the original grouping is unreasonable, he has the right to rearrange any grouping.

2. The rules of IAAF individual events are applicable to all-around events, with the following exceptions:

(1) In the long jump and various throwing events, each athlete can only try to jump (throw). Three times.

(b) 3 timekeepers independently calculate the time of each athlete;

(c) In any race and hurdle race, the first three fouls will disqualify him.

3. After each individual event, the individual scores and points of each event should be announced to all athletes according to the current IAAF scoring table. Double points: 18 points

All-around events can only use one timing method. When the record is approved, fully automatic electronic timing results should be used, regardless of whether such timing results are useful to other athletes in the event.

The person with the highest total score wins.

5. If the total score is equal, the single item with higher score is the winner. If the result is still the same, the winner is the one with the highest score in any single event. This method is suitable for any all-around competition with equal ranking results.

6. In any single event, if an athlete fails to take part in the start or the trial jump (throw), he cannot take part in the subsequent events, which will be treated as giving up the competition and the total score cannot be calculated.

Any athlete who decides to withdraw from the all-around competition shall immediately notify the all-around referee of his decision.
