Main tasks:
Sort out the research results of the topic "Research on Dialect Teaching in Kindergarten" and complete the key topics at the district level. In order to improve teachers' ability to design and guide personalized learning, a study on the creation of theme environment based on children's autonomous learning was carried out in the pilot class.
Taking the declaration of garden-level projects as the carrier, training, exchange and other guiding forms are adopted to improve teachers' scientific research ability.
Main measures:
1. Invite experts to make a final demonstration on "Study on Dialect Teaching in Kindergarten".
2. Re-demonstrate the existing research results of "Creating Theme Environment Based on Children's Autonomous Learning" through the pilot class, and form an experience summary.
