Why did the ZhangJike incident ferment here?

This past weekend, it belonged to ZhangJike.

This week, it may be a part of ZhangJike.

After this weekend, the "ZhangJike incident" may have faded automatically. The so-called gambling and so-called "privacy" videos of ex-girlfriend Jing Tian, no matter how sensational the "sex, lies and videos" are, are groundless and cannot cause substantial harm to ZhangJike.

ZhangJike may think so, and his close friends and lawyers may cheer him up.

However, an investigative reporter named Li Wei 'ao turned an entertainment gossip event full of "rumors" into a serious legal event only by relying on a few Weibo articles and a WeChat official document.

ZhangJike, it's hard to get out of this.

0 1

On March 29th, a screenshot of a forum was posted on an account in Weibo, and the debate about ZhangJike's gambling debt to shoot celebrity girlfriends' privacy began to ferment.

At first, many people, like me, paid little attention to the ZhangJike incident.

This is not only an entertainment gossip event, but also another "Chen Feiyu porn gate"? Dog blood is the norm in the entertainment circle, so there is nothing to make a fuss about.

Therefore, we can also see that the first issue of "ZhangJike Incident" was mainly a struggle between ZhangJike fans and Jing Tian fans, although it was frequently searched.

One of the most puzzling gossip angles I saw was that on the evening of March 25th in Weibo, netizens exposed some photos of Yang Mi and Guan Xiaotong with surprised faces, suggesting that they were discussing the ZhangJike incident.

Although ZhangJike has a bad image, the so-called "spreading the video of his ex-girlfriend's possession" is beyond ordinary people's cognition, so that ordinary people can't believe it.

▲ Screenshot of ZhangJike Weibo.

In ordinary people's cognition, Zeng Gui is the first brother of table tennis in China. How can ZhangJike, who has endorsed many advertisements so far, be short of money? In 20 16, ZhangJike's annual income reached 60 million yuan; Even if Jing Tian is short of money, he is ZhangJike's official (ex-girlfriend). How can a normal person give his girlfriend's "private video" to others, even his own gambling debt?

In addition, Jing Tian's image as a public figure is not good, and many people's impressions of her are still stuck in gossip such as "the mysterious rich throw money at her like water", "the big coffee with resources" and "the box office poison without acting skills".

This is probably the saddest thing. If Jing Tian hadn't acted against the trend in 20 19 with the TV series "Stearns submachine gun", she might not have many fans today, so she could easily be crushed by ZhangJike fans and could not set off a decent storm on social media. In the end, she will definitely end up with the sad image of "forcibly rubbing ZhangJike's fever".

If Jing Tian is not popular, no matter what nasty things ZhangJike has done, he can easily get over it, and the heat of the incident can't be more than last weekend.

If the whole thing is finally confirmed, there is still any justice. First of all, I want to thank the Stearns submachine gun and the fans in Jing Tian.

A girl, even a so-called female star, can be ignored and easily trampled by more powerful people and their fans just because she is not popular.

What is even more embarrassing is that as a possible "victim", Jing Tian can't come forward to say anything: a female star who is still continuing her career may be destructive to her image and market value if she is involved in the "pornographic door"; Even as a woman, the "pornographic door" is unbearable for her.

How lucky ZhangJike is. If he really "spreads" his girlfriend's private video, the other party dares not say anything, even more nervous than him, and then he passes the test.

It can be said that it is absolutely accidental that ZhangJike got into today's predicament.

Of course, just entertainment gossip can provoke hot events, but it will never move Zhang Jike. And entertainment gossip is still dispelling the seriousness of the whole thing.

It's absolutely that ZhangJike and his team like to keep the incident under the category of "entertainment gossip": even if the short-term image is damaged, they can pass the test safely.

At this time, an investigative reporter unexpectedly appeared, which changed the nature and direction of the whole thing.

On the evening of March 30th, Li Weiao, the chief reporter of Economic Observer, came across the statement issued by ZhangJike's studio in a circle of friends.

▲ ZhangJike's statement.

Li Weiao was angry at that time: "I knew Mr. ZhangJike in 2020 and did a long investigation and interview, but because of habitual laziness, the article was not finished."

In his view, it is "normal" that "ZhangJike Studio" does not admit this matter; But threatening to sue those netizens is a bit too much. "I have always hated this powerful person or organization, and what kind of tone I always use to threaten people ... What's more, whether Mr. ZhangJike has done such a thing, Mr. ZhangJike himself and the staff around Mr. ZhangJike are not clear."

So, at 0: 1 1 on March 365438, Li Weiao published a Weibo: According to the judicial materials I saw and mastered a few years ago, ZhangJike passed on Ms. Jing's private video to others, which is true.

During the daytime on March 3 1 and in the early morning of April 1, Li Wei 'ao sent two more Weibo. The core message was that ZhangJike was not just an affair of a star, but caused a serious criminal case.

Li Wei 'ao also revealed that a creditor who used video to ask Jing Tian for money was already serving his sentence.

During the day of April 1 Sunday, Li Weiao woke up and found himself tied to ZhangJike's name, and went on various hot searches; Then all kinds of cyber storms swarmed in, threatening and insulting him and his family.

Of course, there is also a "lawyer's statement". Although ZhangJike's team of lawyers didn't name Li Wei 'ao, they sharply warned "key infringing users" not to take any chances when filing a lawsuit.

These attacks and threats obviously inspired Li Weiao's fighting spirit.

On the evening of April 2, he published an article entitled "Why should I speak for the ZhangJike incident? ? "The article, instant screen.

The most damaging message of this article is that Li Wei 'ao released a picture of a "loan contract" signed and sealed by ZhangJike, amounting to 5 million yuan.

▲ The loan contract disclosed by Li Yong's Ten Drivers.

At this point, the outcome seems to be no suspense.

In the early morning of April 3rd, when I was writing, the term "ZhangJike IOUs" was still at the top of the hot search in Weibo. Except for the fourth article "The Death of Ryuichi Sakamoto", four of the top five hot searches are all about ZhangJike.

The incident seems clear: ZhangJike owes Mr. S 22 million yuan for gambling debts. In order to cope with debt collection, ZhangJike gave Mr. S three private videos of his girlfriend Jing Tian. Mr. S asks Jing Tian for money through video. Therefore, Jing Tian reported that Mr. S was arrested in February 2020 and sentenced to seven years' imprisonment.

Of course, there are other creditors in ZhangJike.

03

In my personal judgment, Li Ao's revelation is probably true.

Li Weiao is one of the best investigative journalists in China. He once worked in Caijing magazine and Southern Weekend, and is now the chief reporter of Economic Observer. After most of his peers retired from this gloomy "sub-industry", he even had some survival significance when he was still investigating journalists.

▲ Interview with Li Weiao.

As an investigative journalist, Li Wei 'ao's professional experience and professionalism are almost impeccable, and the probability of so-called investigation errors and evidence collection errors is not high; In investigating the "high-risk industry" of journalists, he knows better than anyone the legal risks of the so-called "false accusation" against ZhangJike. Social media bloggers make irresponsible remarks without fear, which is almost insulated for a "senior media person" like him.

That is to say, in the case of ZhangJike, even if there is something wrong with Li Ao's investigation, the high probability is in some specific details, not in the overall judgment.

I quite agree with Li Wei 'ao's statement: "As for the private lives of celebrities such as Mr. ZhangJike, my opinion is that as long as it is not illegal and criminal, as long as it does not involve public interests, it is not within my concern and coverage."

Li Weiao is not interested in celebrity gossip that many people treasure, otherwise it would have been sent out long ago. Why wait until today?

As Li Wei 'ao said, ZhangJike is not only a "celebrity gossip", but also a serious criminal case.

As for ZhangJike himself and his team, there is obviously a serious lack of understanding of the role of "investigative journalist", who is regarded as an entertainment gossip blogger who broke the news on social media. In the view of ZhangJike's team, Li Weiao can't have any real hammer in his hand. If he is frightened by the law, the wind is likely to be tight.

Recently, there is a movie called "Non-stop", so I suggest the ZhangJike team go and see it. Although the film has some problems in depicting investigative journalists in China, it can at least give them a general impression of how deadly investigative journalists in China used to be.

Although Ping-Pong Jedi Counter-Strike, which is also being shown, is very exciting, the glory and dreams of so many senior table tennis players may be ruined by ZhangJike alone.

04

If Li Weiao's evidence is true, it may be that ZhangJike's image has been destroyed and its commercial layout has completely collapsed.

Some lawyers pointed out that spreading other people's private videos is likely to bear corresponding civil liability and even criminal liability.

But even if ZhangJike is punished by law, Jing Tian is the most helpless victim in this incident.

Li Wei 'ao wrote in Why should I speak for the ZhangJike Incident? Finally, I wrote a sentence, "If my Weibo and articles have brought new troubles and troubles to Ms. Jing, I sincerely apologize to Ms. Jing".

In a sense, the victims of private video are far more unfortunate than the victims of "yellow rumors". "Yellow rumors" can still be fabricated. How to refute private videos? Our pursuit of public opinion justice and judicial justice also confirms the existence of "private recording"

Of course, we can say politically correctly: the victims of privately filmed videos don't need to feel guilty or painful, but need people who feel guilty.

The reason is of course correct. However, Gillian and Cecilia Cheung, the victims of the "Edison Chen Yanzhaomen Incident", may not know the truth, but it took them many years to get out of their nightmare.

The incident must be investigated clearly and justice must be made public, but for Jing Tian, what she suffered is irreparable.

I can only hope that if this incident develops further, public opinion and hot search can stop harassing Jing Tian excessively.

At this point, she is healing.
