Walk into the Buddhist country

Putian youjia Buddha statue art museum

Wen/Zhu's after-school study

Walking into Guozhen Sculpture Technology Co., Ltd., No.698 Gucheng East Road, Huangshi Industrial Park, Putian City, is like walking into a Buddhist country. All kinds of Buddha statues are solemn, resplendent, radiant and shining.

The first thing you see is a white marble Guanyin statue, holding a bottle of Buddha, three or four meters high. Guanyin is kind, holding a clean bottle, sprinkling holy water, and benefiting all beings. Guanyin stood on the lotus throne, behind which the lotus bloomed, and Fu Tao appeared at her feet. The boy knelt down and showed the superb carving art of the Buddha statue.

In the exhibition halls on the first and second floors, all kinds of Buddha statues are vivid and have both form and spirit. There are three saints in the west, three saints in women, Guanyin in Shuiyue, Sakyamuni in the south, colorful white marble and colorful Iranian white jade, all of which radiate the light of Buddhism, which is dizzying and pious.

The company was founded by Mr. She Guozhen, a famous carving artist in China and a master of arts and crafts in Fujian Province. The company has been established for nearly 30 years. The carving art of Buddha statues has spread all over the world, and has successively accepted Guanyin and Peace Statue in Indonesia. With a total height of 22.8 meters, the Buddha statue is the largest in Indonesia at present. The Guanyin statue in the West Sea of Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province is 37 meters high, which is the highest Guanyin statue in China at present. The Buddha statues in Xiapu Dizang Temple and Zhongtai Temple, the 18 arhats in Taikoo Jingshe in the United States, the 500-Han sculpture of the female Lai Ji in the Three Gorges of Taiwan Province Province, the Zhengjue Temple in Taiwan Province Province, Lishui in Zhejiang Province, Nanputuo in Xiamen and Niushou Mountain in Nanjing all have their sculptures, which are well received by believers at home and abroad.

Now, the carving art of national treasure Buddha statues has been passed down to the third generation Shu and She Yuqing, who have both family inheritance and modern artistic attainments. They all graduated from Fujian Arts and Crafts School. While inheriting the ancestral carving art, they also injected the artistic concept of the new era. Shu's works are rich in themes and good at character carving. She Yuqing's artistic style is fresh, beautiful and elegant, gentle and unique, and the husband and wife are comparable to Qi Fei. Her works have won many gold and silver awards in national and Fujian craft exhibitions.
