Jiangsu Tour Guide Qualification Examination in 2008
I. Application conditions
Citizens from other provinces and cities who are in good health, have strong language skills, have a high school education or above, have not received criminal punishment (except negligent crimes), have full capacity for civil conduct, can meet the needs of tour guides or hold temporary residence permits issued by local public security organs can apply for the exam.
Second, the registration procedure
1. Travel agency employees are collectively registered with the local tourism bureau by the travel agency, and provincial travel agencies directly register with the provincial tourism bureau. College students and social workers, as well as recent graduates of tourism vocational high schools and tourism technical secondary schools majoring in tour guides, apply directly to the local tourism bureau.
2. Candidates who have obtained the tour guide qualification certificate (excluding those who have obtained the intermediate tour guide qualification certificate) and apply for the additional test in other languages need to submit the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate within the validity period and apply for the "on-site tour guide" test in the additional test language.
3. Personnel who are transferred to our province to engage in tour guide work with the Certificate of Tour Guide from other provinces and cities need to go through the formalities of "replacement in different places", submit the original and photocopy of the certificate within the validity period, sign up for the "on-site tour guide" exam, and those who pass the examination will go through the formalities of replacement of tour guide IC cards.
4. At the time of registration, all applicants are required to provide the Registration Form for Jiangsu Tour Guide Qualification Examination (attached), the original and photocopy of academic certificate and ID card, and four one-inch photos on a red background. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points are also required to provide the original and photocopy of relevant materials.
5. Candidates who participated in the additional test and changed their certificates in different places before February 28, 2006, in addition to the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate, must also submit the tour guide IC card; The issuance date of the qualification certificate is before February 28, 2006. Those who have not applied for the IC card of the tour guide shall not take part in the additional and make-up exams in different places. After passing the examination, the additional candidates need to withdraw the original "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate" and turn it over to the provincial bureau for replacement procedures.
6. Candidates from Nanjing will go to Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Bureau (No.255, Zhongshan North Road) from September 1 to September 1, or to Nanjing Tourism Bureau (Chaoku Street 1 5).

Third, pre-test training

The tour guide training in Nanjing is specifically undertaken by the Tourism Department of Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing Tourism Talent Training Center and Nanjing Tourism Vocational College, and other social training institutions are not authorized by the Provincial Tourism Bureau.
At present, the tour guide tutorial classes in Nanjing Tourism Talent Training Center (tel: 84622700, 846467 17) have started rolling, and the tour guide training in the other three training points will start after September. Candidates can check the specific training arrangements at the registration point from September 1 day to September 1 day. 1. The on-site examination adopts indoor simulation form and is organized by the Provincial Tourism Bureau. See the admission ticket for the time and place of the examination, and the results of the on-site examination and written examination will be uniformly announced.

The contents of the on-site examination include: the general situation of the city (including the introduction of local economy and culture, see the appendix "Introduction to the City" for details), the introduction of scenic spots, the norms of tour guides, the ability to deal with emergencies and the question and answer of comprehensive knowledge. For questions and answers about the exam, please refer to the guide book of Jiangsu Province. All foreign language candidates should not only take the above-mentioned examination contents in the examination language, but also read and retell the intermediate foreign language essays related to tourism.

(4) Results and proofs
In 2008, the total score of three written tests reached 180, and those who scored 60 points on the spot passed the test. The scores of candidates who failed the exam will not be retained and will not be retaken.
In order to further strengthen the construction of foreign language tour guides in our province, establish a tour guide team with complete languages and reasonable structure, and continuously explore the international tourism market in our province, candidates in foreign languages other than English and Japanese in the 2008 tour guide examination in our province meet the following conditions, and the written test scores are given appropriate points. The specific bonus standard is:
(1) Koreans apply for Korean tour guides, and the written test 10 score;
(2) Those with a bachelor's degree or above majoring in small languages will apply for the exam in the language they have learned, and the total written test score will be 10;

Candidates who meet the above bonus points can only get one bonus point, and may not accumulate bonus points.
