The teacher qualification interview process is as follows:

The interview process of teacher qualification certificate includes waiting for the exam, selecting topics, preparing lessons, answering prescribed questions (structured question and answer), giving a trial, defending and grading.

Waiting for the exam: candidates arrive at the test center on time with the interview admission ticket and identity documents, and enter the waiting room for the exam.

Topic selection: according to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the "interview evaluation software system" and the computer will extract a set of test questions from the test database. Candidates can choose one of the questions, and the system prints the lesson preparation test paper and question list.

Lesson preparation: Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and test paper, write a lesson plan (or demonstration activity plan) and prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

Answer required questions: the examiner randomly selects 2 required questions from the question bank, and the candidates answer for 5 minutes.

Trial lecture (simulation class): Candidates will give a trial lecture according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan), 10 minutes.

Defense: The examiner will ask questions around the content of the candidate's trial and the test items, and the candidate will defend for 5 minutes.

Scoring: The examiner group comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the team leader.

Candidates enter the venue. Candidates enter the waiting room with the admission ticket and ID card, and are allowed to bring textbooks, but mobile phones are forbidden. Topic selection room, lesson preparation room and interview room.

Draw lots in groups to draw questions. According to the candidates' application for science, the candidates are grouped, and the candidates in each group are organized to draw lots according to the interview order, and the candidates are guided to enter the topic extraction room to draw questions according to the drawing order. Under the guidance of the staff, candidates can extract questions from the computer system and print a list of questions. Generally, only one question can be selected, and kindergarten teachers can choose one of the two questions for a trial lecture.
