Third, the registration time, place and requirements

2. Materials required for registration:

3. Precautions for registration:

Fourth, recruitment methods
The recruitment of auxiliary police adopts competitive selection method, and is carried out according to the procedures of announcement, registration, qualification examination, written interview, physical fitness assessment, physical examination, inspection and publicity.
(A) access system skills test
At the time of registration, the candidates who apply for the civil service position (1 1 position) will be tested for the skills of the admission system. Those who fail the test will be disqualified.
(2) Qualification examination
1. Qualification examination. At the time of on-site registration, the county people's social security bureau and the county public security bureau will jointly examine the qualifications of the applicants, and those who fail the qualification examination will be disqualified.
2. Qualification examination will run through the whole employment process. Anyone who does not meet the registration conditions, provides false information or deliberately conceals the real situation will be disqualified immediately once found, and all the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(3) policy bonus points. Retired soldiers' written test scores add 5 points.
(4) examination. The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview, and the full score of written examination and interview is 100. The written test score accounts for 60% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 40% of the total score. The calculation method is: total score = written test score (including policy bonus) ×60%+ interview score × 40%. All grades retain two digits after the decimal point.

After the written test, the number of interviewees shall be determined according to the order of written test scores (including policy bonus) from high to low, and the ratio of 2: 1. If the written test scores are tied for the bottom, the number of interviewers will be expanded accordingly. When the proportion of applicants is less than 2: 1, all employees will enter the interview. The written test results will be publicized in the county public security bureau for 3 working days.
2. Interview. The interview was conducted in a structured way. Candidates draw lots twice to determine the interview sequence number, and then enter the examination room for an interview. Candidates 10 minutes to answer questions. Interviews are graded on the spot by examiners, one score and the lowest score are removed, and then the average score is taken to calculate the results. The interview results were announced on the spot. Those with an interview score of less than 60 points will not be hired. After the interview, according to the recruitment positions, according to the order of the total scores of applicants from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, the candidates who enter the physical fitness assessment and physical examination are determined. If the total score is tied, those with high written test scores will be given priority in physical fitness assessment and physical examination. The total score of the exam will be publicized in the county public security bureau for 3 working days.
(7) check. The county public security bureau formed an investigation team to investigate the qualifications, realistic performance, political morality and other aspects of the candidates. (8) Publicity and employment.
