It's a resettlement house. Yun Xin Garden Resettlement Housing Project is a resettlement housing project built by Ningbo Dongtou Group. The project is located in plot B 1-4 in the east of the new city, adjacent to Zhejiang Innovation Center in the east, Hongtai Fenghua Villa Community in the south, ecological corridor in the east of the new city in the west and extension line of Zhongshan East Road in the north. The project started construction in March 20 18, and was completed and accepted in June 2020. The planned number of households is 448.
