1. Bowling is based on the number of pins knocked down.
bowling
The score determines the outcome. A game is divided into 10 rounds, and each round has two pitching opportunities. If all the 10 bottles are knocked down in the first pitch of a round, that is, all the bottles are hit, you can't pitch any more. Only 10 round is different. If you hit all the balls in the first pitch, you still have to finish the last two shots. If it is a make-up, we must continue to throw the last ball and end the overall situation. It is worth emphasizing that if the 10 bottle is not knocked down by two shots, the third chance will be cancelled automatically. ?
2. The number of passes is determined by drawing lots. Every game is played on a pair of adjacent fairways, and fairways are exchanged in each round until the end of the overall situation. In the second game, you need to change lanes, with odd players to the left and even players to the right. Sometimes you can move the ball to the right uniformly, so that every player can meet it and have equal opportunities. The order of pitching is based on the drawing order of A, B and C..
3. In the bowling competition, the ranking is determined by the total score of 6 rounds.
(1) Singles: Add up the scores of each game, and the winner is the one with the highest total score in six games, the runner-up is the second and the third is the third.
(2) Pairs: each player has 6 games, and the ranking is determined by the total score of 12 games.
(3) Three-person competition: each person has 6 games, and the ranking is determined by the total score 18 games.
(4) Five-a-side competition: each player has 6 games, and the ranking is determined by the total score of 30 games of five players.
(5) All-around competition: The all-around ranking is determined by the total score of 24 competitions per person.
(6) Classic: Through the above-mentioned first four games, the players with the top total score of 24 games 16 will participate in the semi-finals, and after a single round, the players with the top total score will participate in the challenge. The fourth place is the first time to challenge the third place; The winner is the second person to challenge for the second place. The competition between the winner and the first place is called the final. The champion wins two games in a row, and the runner-up loses two games in a row. The champion is the one who wins and loses, and the runner-up is the one who wins and loses. If the total score of the two games is the same, it depends on the results of the ninth and tenth rounds of both sides, and the one with the highest score wins the championship.
Scoring rules
Calculated fraction
It is not difficult to score in bowling. There are always ten squares in each game, and each square has two balls. * * * There are ten bottles, so try to knock them all down in two targets. If the first ball knocks down all the bottles, that is, "STRIKE", and an "X" appears in the picture, even if a grid is completed, the score is 10 plus the number of inverted bottles of the next two balls. However, if the first ball is not completely knocked down, another ball will be played. The rest, if you complete a grid, the score is 10 plus the number of bottles dropped by the first ball in the next grid, but if the second ball doesn't knock down all the bottles, the score is the number of bottles dropped by the first ball plus the second ball, and then move on to the next grid. And so on until the tenth box. But there are three balls in the tenth square. If the first ball or the second ball knocks down all the pins in the tenth box, you can add a third ball.
1, all-in: It is called all-in when the first pitch of each grid knocks down all ten vertical bottles. Use the (X) symbol to record it in the small box on the right above the box on the scoreboard. The score of the whole middle school is 10 plus the number of bottles knocked down by the athletes in the next two pitches. The highest score of a game is 300 points, and athletes must throw twelve all-hits.
2. Make-up: When the second pitch knocks down all the remaining bottles of the first ball in the grid, it is called make-up, which is indicated by (/). Record it in the small box in the upper right corner of the box. The score of the make-up exam is 10 plus the number of bottles knocked down by the athlete in the next ball.
3. Mistakes: Except for the cracked bottles formed after the first pitch, it is a mistake that an athlete fails to knock down all ten bottles after pitching twice in a certain box. ?
4. Bottle separation: Bottle separation means that after the first ball is thrown, 1 and several other bottles are knocked down, and the remaining bottles are in the following state:
(1) Two or more bottles, with at least 1 bottle knocked down in the middle, such as bottles No.7 and No.9, No.3 and 10.
(2) When at least 1 bottle is knocked down immediately in front of two or more bottles. Such as: bottle 5 and bottle 6.
5. Foul: During or after pitching, when a part of the player's body touches or exceeds the foul line and touches any part of the fairway and its equipment, it is a foul. The time limit for this foul is until the player or the next player throws the ball. An (f) on the scoreboard indicates a foul. ?
6. legally knock down the pin of the age ball
After the athlete legally throws the ball, the following conditions of the pin will be regarded as legally knocking down the pin:
(1) directly knocked down by balls and other bottles or knocked out by bottles on the bottle table.
(2) A bottle that bounces back from the side wall partitions on both sides of the fairway or the buffer plate at the back of the fairway is counted as a bottle collision.
(3) Before cleaning the bottle, the bottle bounced by the rod of the bottle sweeper will be knocked down or knocked out of the bottle placing table.
(4) The bottle leans against the partition of the side wall.
These bottles should be cleaned up before the next pitch.
7. Illegal firing pin
In any of the following cases, the thrown ball is valid, but the knocked bottle will not score:
(1) The pin that was knocked down before the ball left the fairway and reached the pin.
(2) The thrown ball bounces back from the rear bumper and knocks down the bottle.
(3) When the bottle touches any part of the body of the bottle setter, it will bounce back and knock the bottle down.
(4) Bottles knocked down by the automatic bottle pendulum.
(5) Dumped bottles should be removed when pouring.
(6) Bottles knocked down by bottle setters.
(7) Bottles knocked down by athletes after a foul.
(8) After throwing the ball, there are inverted bottles in the fairway and side ditch. Before the ball leaves the fairway, it will knock these inverted bottles off.
Once there is illegal ejection pin, it should be restored to its original position. Athletes have the right to throw another ball in this box.
general idea
Beginners want to play bowling well, the most important thing is to learn how to help them walk and throw the ball correctly. Walking aid is actually the route you need to take when standing on the fairway to get the ball. It is usually divided into three steps, four steps and five steps. Those with big steps can use fewer steps, but they should also cooperate with the coordination and flexibility of the body. A right-handed pitcher should cross his right foot behind his left foot, and vice versa when he finally sends the ball out. Beginners should start with light weight, and generally use a ball equivalent to weight 10%.
Throwing steps: first insert the thumb of the right hand (or left hand) into the ball hole, insert the middle finger and the ring finger into the second joint respectively, hold the ball to your chest with your palm, hold the ball straight with your hands, straighten your body, relax your shoulders and concentrate, and then start. Four-step walkers are commonly used. Take this as an example. Step 1, step out from your right foot and stretch the ball forward at the same time. Step 2: Step out with your left foot and hold the ball in your hand at about 90 degrees to your body. Step 3: When the right foot moves forward, put the ball back; Step 4 When your left foot slides out, gently send the ball out of your hand.
attitude
share
Hold the ball in the right posture and clamp your arms.
Holding method
Under the armpit, make sure your body and shoulders are straight, and change the original semi-squat posture to upright, because if your leg posture is semi-squat, it will also consume energy. Note that any bending action will consume energy, and anyone who knows physics should know it. It's best not to put the ball on your chest, because many people will put the ball back into the correct inertia. Hold the ball parallel to the right shoulder and drag it with your left hand. If the ball is on your chest, you should also move the ball to a position parallel to your right shoulder before swinging.
Swing the ball
When swinging, it is important to put down your bent arm and swing straight back. The higher the holding position, the higher the backswing and the faster the ball speed. However, many people's reclining posture will take off, so pay special attention to the armpit or clamp, and the hand should be straight.
sell
When shooting, the hand is still as straight and cannot be bent. Don't push hard, because the right posture will naturally improve the speed of the ball.
Go with the ball.
You can speed up walking, but don't be confused when you speed up, because walking can also speed up the ball.
left hand
Many people will ignore the left hand, so the speed of the ball is not fully exerted. The function of the left hand is to balance the weight of the right hand, and only when it is balanced can speed be exerted. When walking, your left hand should spread its wings like an eagle. The higher the left hand is raised, the more energy is gathered. Note that not only the right hand should exert force, but also the left hand should exert equal force, otherwise your posture will collapse because of imbalance, and your left hand should be like a back bump when shooting.
place
Try not to empty the ball when putting it, otherwise it will offset a lot of energy due to collision with the fairway. When you play fastball, no sound is the best way to play fastball.
The above is only applicable to right-handed shooters. If you are left-handed, please correct yourself.
