The experimental operation subjects in our provincial examination are: physics, chemistry and biology. The inspection time is arranged in late June of each year. The test subjects are all candidates who have signed up for HKCEE. Schools and social youths who do not have the examination conditions may entrust schools with better conditions to assist in the examination under the unified organization of cities and counties.
(2) Organizing inspection
The examination office of the Provincial Examinations Bureau is responsible for organizing the proposition examination of this subject, including 6 sets of physics and chemistry questions and 4 sets of biology questions.
The school is responsible for the inspection work, and the province, city (county) guides the inspection. The examiners of each test center are the leaders in charge of the school, and the examiners are mainly subject teachers. The number of invigilators per teacher in each round shall not exceed 10. Candidates should be single, single table, independent operation, and each round of assessment time is 20-30 minutes (excluding preparation time). Test sites should publish test questions 7 days in advance, and prepare necessary instruments and materials for candidates to visit and practice. Candidates draw lots to choose topics within half an hour in advance during the exam. Examiners score according to the scoring table, and then divide the scores into passing and failing grades according to the test papers, and report the scores to cities and counties before July 2, and then send them to the examination office of the Provincial Examinations Bureau before July 10.
Candidates who fail or miss the exam can make up the exam according to the formal examination requirements by the school before submitting their scores, or they can be arranged to make up the exam in the next year's experimental examination.
In order to ensure the quality of the experimental operation examination, the province, city (county) will organize relevant personnel to the school for spot check and review. If there is a big gap between the spot check results and the original evaluation results, the school may be instructed to retake the exam.
