Getting a business license is a prerequisite for opening a restaurant. With a business license, your store will initially open. Pretreatment of standard business license mainly includes the following steps:
(1) name pre-registration: First, get the application for name pre-approval from the local industrial and commercial bureau, and then fill in the form as required. After completing the form, you need to bring a copy of your ID card and household registration book to the name approval office for inquiry. After the name is approved, it usually takes 7 working days. Take the Application Form for Pre-approval of Name to the Name Registry and fill it out as required.
(two) for catering service license. Business license of catering industry. According to the Food Safety Law, which came into effect on June 1 2009, the food and drug supervision department replaced the health supervision department to supervise catering services, and the Catering Service License was officially put into use on June 1 2009, replacing the Food Hygiene License, which has been used for decades.
(3) Environmental assessment. Apply to the accreditation office of the environmental protection bureau of the jurisdiction first. After the acceptance, the staff will come to the door for inspection and guidance. After examination and approval, a pollutant discharge permit will be issued.
(4) Electrical fire control inspection. You need to apply to the fire department for approval before opening, and you need to apply to your jurisdiction when decorating. The senior management reported to the Municipal Fire Bureau, and the following floors (12) reported to the fire brigades of all districts for acceptance.
(5) Examination and approval by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. After the above three units are confirmed, they should be submitted to the local industrial and commercial branch for acceptance.
(6) Handling the tax registration certificate. Within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, you should apply to the local tax bureau for the local tax registration certificate number. Small restaurants opened by individual industrial and commercial households have to pay 5% business tax. In addition, urban construction tax and education surcharge have to be paid. The tax amount is 1 1% of business tax, and other taxes account for a small share.
