Structured team process?

Step one: draw lots. All candidates who entered the interview came to the examination room to report and draw lots. Generally, the computer draws lots randomly, and the big screen shows the grouping situation. Determine the groups according to the order of drawing lots, with three people in each group. That is, 1, No.2 and No.3 are a group, and the rest are arranged in sequence. Candidates in the same position will be assigned to different groups, but candidates in the same position will be guaranteed to be in the same examination room and graded by the same group of examiners to ensure fairness.

Step 2: Wait for the exam. The waiting time for each group before the exam is about 15-20 minutes. The waiting room will provide a question label, which will indicate the topic, answer requirements and answer order, as well as pens and draft paper.

Step 3: Answer the questions. Each question is answered by three candidates, assuming that the three candidates are: A, B and C, and the order of answering the first question is: A → B → C; The order of answering the second question is: B → C → A; The order of answering the third question is: C → A → B; Everyone has 2 minutes to answer each question, and there will be hints after 2 minutes. Total answer time 18 minutes.

Step 4: Comment and respond. After the answer, the three candidates began to comment on each other in the following order: A commented on B and C in turn, and after the comment, B and C responded to A's comments in turn; B comments on C and A in turn, and then C and A reply to B's comments in turn; C comments on a and b in turn. After the comments, A and B respond to C's comments in turn. Everyone's comment and response time is 2 minutes, and there will be hints after 2 minutes. The total time of the peer review session is 18 minutes.
