1. In the second week of school, there will be a parent-teacher meeting. I didn't ask parents for more cooperation and supervision, but told them a series of educational concepts and methods such as group cooperation. I just ask them to praise their children more and introduce the FFC rule. Although I don't know how many parents really know how to use it, I thought at that time that the following method is better than not saying it.
2. Respect students and be democratic. Everything that concerns students' own interests, from whether to give a classmate extra points to how much homework to write to celebrate Children's Day, is decided by their hands. If the number of people on both sides is roughly equal, we will adopt a compromise plan to satisfy both sides. Of course, democratic elections should be held when selecting three excellent students and selecting class committees!
3. Fairness. Students with poor grades always have a deep-rooted idea: teachers are all students with good grades, and it is boring for me to complain when I am wronged. In order to change this view, I set up a class court. Encourage students to resolve disputes through consultation. If they can't solve them, a class court will be held. The plaintiff submits a complaint, stating the reasons and demands (usually an apology, a review, compensation for losses, cleaning, distributing notebooks, or withholding the defendant's service orders. ) and notify the defendant to conduct out-of-court mediation. If out-of-court mediation fails, the plaintiff and the defendant find a lawyer or decide to defend themselves, and the whole class draws lots to select 1 1 as the jury. (The plaintiff draws lots for 7 people and the defendant draws lots for 7 people. Then, among the 15 people, the defendant removed two plaintiffs, leaving two people (1 1), lawyers or themselves to find evidence and witnesses, arrange court time, and the two sides debated at the class meeting. After that, the jury voted to decide whether to support the plaintiff's request. There are many small details in this. For example, in order to prevent the court from opening randomly, the plaintiff must deduct five points first, and then pay it back after winning the case. Deduct five points from the defendant. The jury can also support the plaintiff and weigh, add or delete the appeal to a certain extent. As a judge, the teacher is in a guiding position and does not participate in the presentation.
