General requirements: According to the requirements of this course, answer the following questions to show your ability to answer questions in stages.

The goal of learning: to obtain more suitable learning methods; Review the phenomena in the learning process, reflect and find a better solution; Keep practicing and strive to acquire critical thinking ability.

(1) What are the highlights and shortcomings of my study? (Answer requirements: first write clearly your learning goals and find out what is beyond expectations, which is the highlight; Find out what is lower than expected, that is, the shortcomings)

Highlights (exceeding the expected target):

1. Not limited to the content in the framework, strive to acquire a relatively complete knowledge system: when reading a book, you can read it completely and be curious about the expanded knowledge;

2. Understanding: the process of reaching agreement between old and new knowledge;

3. Be able to expand the application and combine with previous knowledge.

Insufficient (lower than expected target):

1. It is slow, easy to immerse itself in, and sometimes it can't be completed within the specified time;

2. Failure to consolidate in time: When I mentioned this knowledge point again after a while, my impression was vague and I needed to spend a lot of time relearning my knowledge.

(2) How did my highlights and shortcomings come from? (Answer requirements: subjective and objective reasons for the bright spots; Subjective and objective reasons for the shortage; Can explain the objective reasons from the perspective of teachers and classmates)

Subjective reasons for bright spots:

Pursuing honesty;

Have a strong thirst for knowledge in the field of interest;

Strong association ability.

The objective reason for the bright spot:

There is no point in mastering knowledge;

Knowledge is closely related.

Subjective causes of defects:

Not stubborn in trying to understand;

Not flexible, planning the learning process is too rigid;

The consolidation of reflection is not included in the specific knowledge learning plan;

Attention is easily distracted and diverted.

Objective reasons for the shortage:

There is a lot of fragmentation time, and there are always other unexpected tasks;

Poor learning environment, often discussed in the classroom;

Learn stereotypes and stick to exam-oriented learning.

(3) What lessons have I learned from it? (Answer requirements: practices/concepts that need to be passed on, practices/concepts that need to be improved, and practices/concepts that need to be stopped)

Practices/ideas that need to be passed down: the overall construction of knowledge system, actively divergent thinking, establishing the connection between knowledge and knowledge, knowledge and practical action, striving to reach the relevant structure, close to the abstract expansion level;

Practices/ideas that need to be improved: If not, don't spend too much time first, put them aside and review them later, and you may gain something from another angle;

Practices/ideas that need to be stopped: inefficient learning: going to bed early at night, taking a nap at noon, and not disturbing mobile phone messages; Always divert attention: concentrate, put away your mobile phone and put on earplugs.

(4) What is my next plan? (Answer requirements: it is recommended to formulate according to the SMART principle)

english study plan

Specific: temporarily divided into two stages. In the first stage, before the end of the postgraduate entrance examination, I don't intend to give up the process from point to surface (weak English foundation, quick success and instant benefit) for the time being, but focus on comprehensive English learning, that is, learning grammar, sentence patterns, reading comprehension, translation and writing from reading suitable articles, splitting the surface into points and learning new knowledge from the most familiar knowledge (. After the postgraduate entrance examination, you can widely collect English articles, such as literary periodicals and English broadcasts of powerful countries, and learn one article every day to learn useful concepts.

Testability: in the early stage, I can identify words I didn't know before, accurately understand the article, translate the meaning of the sentence, and sort out the available knowledge such as words, grammar and writing from the article; Later, we should understand the article, get the thoughts and thoughts that the article wants to express, and think.

Achievable: reasonable time planning and moderate task difficulty.

Relevance: Associating English learning with major, searching and studying literature can help you acquire relevant professional knowledge and norms while learning English.

Time-oriented: from the previous stage to the summer vacation, 45 minutes in the morning to study in dots, 45 minutes to read articles and study, and half an hour in the evening to review and consolidate; From the previous stage to the beginning of summer vacation, point-based learning is conducted in 75 minutes in the morning, reading articles in 45 minutes, and reviewing and consolidating in half an hour in the evening; I don't know much about the later arrangements. I can tentatively spend 40 minutes on English reading and learning every day.
