Secondly, all saleable commercial houses in Nanjing can be used as supply houses, and the combination of overall raising and proportional raising is adopted to achieve full coverage of commercial houses in the city. For commercial housing projects with high attention to talents, the way of overall raising and centralized supply is adopted. Other commercial housing projects will be raised in proportion, with a maximum of 30% of the sales volume of this batch of projects.
More importantly, talent purchase has really reached the highest priority. According to Guo Hongding, as long as the talents register at the project site with the Certificate of Talent Purchase, the relevant development enterprises will determine the order of talent selection according to the lottery or lottery, determine the shortlist of talents, and organize the selection of houses according to the order of talent priority and other buyers priority.
