Basic conditions of authorized signatory

Legal Analysis: Conditions for Authorized Signatory:

First, we must have the ability to evaluate the relevant test results, and have a keen judgment ability on suspicious values, miscalculated values and abnormal values that do not conform to statistical laws in the report, all of which need to be based on mastering the necessary theoretical knowledge and rich testing experience;

Two, the authorized signatory should be familiar with the technical standards and signature process of the signed project, laboratory authorization and the review of China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment. Requirements of authorized signatory in the field of chemistry: bachelor degree in chemistry, with more than 3 years working experience in this field.

Third: be familiar with the business, and the authorized signatory cannot act as an agent. The authorized signatory shall be familiar with the following contents:

1. has corresponding responsibilities and rights, and is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of test/calibration results.

2. Close contact with testing/calibration technology, and master the limited scope of relevant testing/calibration items.

3. Familiar with relevant test/calibration standards, methods and procedures;

4. Be able to evaluate relevant test/calibration results and understand the uncertainty of test results;

5. Understand the provisions of equipment maintenance and regular calibration, and master its calibration status;

6. Very familiar with records, reports and their verification procedures;

7. Understand CNAS accreditation conditions, laboratory obligations and the use of accreditation marks.
