Interview questions of communication engineering

The interview place is decided by the applicant, usually in this unit. Don't worry about this problem. They will make an announcement or call you before the interview. Due to the limited space, here is the basic knowledge of the interview, as well as other questions and interview knowledge.

One: the interview process

1. Check in

Generally, you need to report to the designated place 10-30 minutes in advance.

Check your identity.

The examination staff checks the candidates' identity documents and interview notices.

draw lots

Draw lots to decide the grouping and entry order. In some areas, group labels are drawn first, and then sequence labels are drawn. In other regions, the order of grouping and items is determined at one time, such as: three (1), which means 1 item of the third group. In some areas, candidates are grouped in advance and the examination room number is arranged. At present, this practice is no longer adopted in most areas, because fairness cannot be guaranteed and it is easy for examiners and candidates to collude in advance.

Waiting for the exam

Candidates enter the waiting area to wait for the exam after drawing lots. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff. In order to prevent the candidates who have finished the exam from revealing the situation to the candidates who did not take the exam.

To enter the test room

According to the sequence, when it is the candidate's turn to enter the examination room, the guide will announce to the waiting room: "Please enter the examination room", and the candidate will arrive at the entrance of the examination room with the guide. Generally, the examination room door is open, so candidates can go in directly without knocking at the door. If the door is closed, candidates need to knock on the door and get permission from the examiner before entering. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.

Start an interview

After admission, candidates go directly to the candidates' booth, say hello to the examiner after standing, and after getting the instruction of "please sit down", candidates can sit down. After the candidates are seated, they generally need to report their own test serial numbers. After the examiner announced the introduction, the exam began.

It is particularly important to note that candidates cannot give their names. Chen Xiao, a teacher of Guanghua Education, pointed out that the candidates' self-introduction introduced in some interview books is seriously inconsistent with the current exam. If you report your name in the examination room, you will be disqualified from the interview on the spot.

The examination time is generally 15 minutes, and the questions are generally 3-5.

quit

After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if they have anything else to add. Most of the time is up, and candidates usually don't answer at this time. The examiner announced that the candidate had left and waited for the score in the waiting room. After the raters check the scores, candidates can leave the examination room after being notified of the scores in the waiting room. There are also some areas where candidates leave after the on-site results are announced. This situation is suitable for a small number of candidates. The waiting room system is implemented in almost all areas of Heilongjiang Province. In addition, the interview results of some units of the central state organs are generally not announced on the spot.

8. Score

Examiners will give their scores to raters to check their scores. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review.

9. Publish the results

After the grader calculates the score, the invigilator and examiner sign it and give it to the staff to announce it to the candidates in the waiting room. Some are posted in the waiting room.

10. End of interview

Candidates are required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will. Candidates go home and wait, and the website will publish the shortlist and medical examination list.

20 10 national (Jiangxi) civil service written examination has ended. Now candidates have to prepare for the interview, which is also a crucial step for candidates. In order to let everyone pass the interview smoothly, let me tell you some precautions and interview skills:

Second, the interview evaluation content

Theoretically speaking, an interview can examine the comprehensive quality of a candidate, but in practice, it is not an interview that examines all the qualities of a candidate, but a selective interview that can evaluate him best. The main contents of the civil service examination interview include:

1. Instrument demeanor

This refers to the candidate's body shape, appearance, skin color, clothes and manners, mental state, etc. National civil servants, teachers, public relations personnel, business managers and other positions. There are high requirements for appearance and manners. Research shows that people with good looks, clean clothes and civilized manners generally have a standardized work style, pay attention to self-discipline and have a strong sense of responsibility.

2. Professional knowledge and practical experience

Generally, questions are asked according to the candidates' personal files to understand the candidates' background and past work, so as to supplement and confirm their practical experience. Through the understanding of work experience and practical experience, we can also examine the examinee's sense of responsibility, initiative, thinking ability, oral expression ability and rational situation when something happens. At the same time, the depth and breadth of professional knowledge mastered by candidates and whether the professional knowledge meets the requirements of the position to be hired are investigated as a supplement to the written test of professional knowledge. The interview is more flexible and in-depth in the investigation of professional knowledge, and the questions asked are closer to the demand for professional knowledge in the required positions.

3. Ability to organize and plan coordination

Examine whether candidates can make a complete, detailed and operable plan according to the requirements of the questions, the ability to use manpower, material resources and financial resources reasonably, and the ability to grasp the plan object and specific environment.

4. Oral expression ability

Whether the candidate can express his thoughts, opinions, opinions or suggestions smoothly in the interview. The specific contents of the survey include: logic, accuracy, appeal, accuracy, sound quality, timbre, volume, tone and so on.

5. Comprehensive analysis ability

During the interview, can candidates grasp the essence of the questions raised by the examiner through analysis, so as to be thorough in reasoning, comprehensive in analysis and clear in organization?

6. Reaction ability and emotional control ability

It mainly examines whether the examinee's understanding of the question is accurate and appropriate, and the rapidity and accuracy of the answer. Whether the response to sudden problems is witty and agile, and whether the answers are appropriate. Whether the accident is handled properly, properly, etc. Self-control ability is particularly important for national civil servants and many other types of staff (such as managers of enterprises). On the one hand, I can be restrained, tolerant and rational when I encounter criticism from my superiors, work pressure or personal interests, so that my work will not be affected by emotional fluctuations; On the other hand, work should be patient and persevering.

7. interpersonal skills

During the interview, ask the applicant what club activities he often participates in, what kind of people he likes to deal with, what kind of social tendency he has, and what skills he has to get along with others.

8. Work attitude and initiative

Mainly understand the attitude of candidates in their past study and work and their attitude towards the positions they are applying for. Generally speaking, it doesn't matter what you do if you are not serious in your past study or work. People who do well or poorly can hardly be diligent and responsible in their new jobs. Self-motivated and enterprising people generally set a career goal and work hard for it, which is manifested in their efforts to do their existing work well, not satisfied with the status quo, and often have innovations in their work. People who are not self-motivated are generally content with the status quo, doing nothing, not seeking success, but seeking perfunctory things, so they are not enthusiastic about anything.

9. Job hunting motivation

Understand why candidates want to work in this unit, what kind of work they are most interested in and what they pursue, and judge whether the positions or working conditions provided by this unit can meet their job requirements and expectations.

10. Hobbies and hobbies

What sports do candidates like to play, what books do they like to read, what TV programs do they like to watch, what hobbies do they have, etc. Let them know about a person's hobbies, which is often beneficial to the job arrangement after employment.

In addition, during the interview, the examiner will also introduce the situation and requirements of the unit and the position to be hired to the candidates, discuss the issues that the candidates care about, such as salary and benefits, and answer other questions that the candidates may ask.

Three. Interview skills:

1, pay attention to relax when preparing. If you are a junior, you can take a nap, recharge your batteries, and adjust your whole body ten minutes before the exam to make yourself in the best condition when you enter the arena.

Knock on the door before entering the examination room, and push the door into the examination room after hearing the invitation.

3. Take two steps into the examination room, and you will see the judges and other people on the indoor side. There will be a table and a chair in front of you. Please stand at the table. Then bow to the judges and report your interview number (note: don't give your test number and name, it will disqualify you from the exam and directly remove you from the list).

4. After bowing, wait for the examiner's prompt. At this time, the examiner will introduce you to the way and content of the exam (including how many questions * * *, how much time * *, and how to answer the questions. Generally, there will be interview instructions the day before the interview, so make it clear in advance, so confirm it at this time. After the introduction, the examiner will ask you to listen carefully You should clearly answer "I heard you clearly". If you don't hear clearly, you can ask questions. Never pretend to understand and make a rule mistake. Of course, you'd better listen carefully once.

The interview is usually 3-5 questions, and the time to answer each question is 5 minutes. At present, there are generally two ways to take the exam: one is that the examiner tells you all the questions, and then you decide the 25-minute schedule yourself. In this case, I sometimes send you the exam questions in advance before entering the examination room, so that you can prepare for the exam in another preparation room outside the venue during the previous candidate's answer, and then answer the questions directly after the exam. I have been in this situation myself. One is that the examiner asks a question and you answer one, each question lasts for 5 minutes. You can finish the answer in advance, but you can't work overtime. (In this case, the question will not be given in advance, mainly considering the reaction and performance on the spot).

6. Time to answer questions. No matter which of the above two forms, you should pay attention to arranging the time (a watch is usually prepared on the exam table to remind you of the time, but just in case, it is best to bring a watch with a larger dial and put it on the table when you start thinking about answering questions. Be careful not to use it with you. It is not confident to always raise your hand to look at your watch during the exam. It is enough to take a look at the table every once in a while. Generally speaking, it is reasonable to arrange the time for thinking and answering questions at 3: 2, that is, 5 minutes for answering questions, 3 minutes for thinking and 2 minutes for answering questions. If you focus on answering five questions, 15 minutes to think, 10 minutes to answer. If it is an off-site preparation for the on-site answer, there is no such problem, as long as there is no overtime in the end.

7. think about the problem. Paper and pens will be provided on the exam table. When thinking, write down the main points of the answer so as to remind yourself in the answer. Pay attention to priorities, priorities, priorities. Especially writing one, two, three and four clearly will be more organized, and so will answering questions.

8. Answer the questions. Be articulate, clear-headed, and coherent. The commonly used words are one, two, and three, which will give the examiner a more organized feeling. Pay attention to strengthen the control of time and don't work overtime. In addition, if you focus on answering multiple questions, you should pay attention to fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses. You can talk more about your good questions and less about your doubts, but not too much.

9. Pay attention to the answer. If you ask questions one by one, you should say that you have answered every question. If you answer them in a centralized way, you should say that you have answered all the questions.

10, after the completion, listen to the examiner's password, and then you will be asked to leave the examination room. Please stand at attention and bow, and then leave.

Summary:

1. If you have the time and conditions, you can ask others to help you conduct a mock interview in your original work unit or school, and you should conduct it in full accordance with the formal interview and be familiar with the interview process and environment. Especially familiar with time control.

2. The interview questions are generally divided into two categories. Social hotspots and professional technology. The major of professional technology is the unit you apply for, which needs to be prepared in advance. Please pay attention to the news hotspots and leadership speeches of the applicant's relevant documents in the past two years, and be familiar with them.

The following is my personal experience:

The interview has image points and language points. So you'd better dress formally on the day of the interview. There's no need to wear a suit and tie-that's an enterprise, not a civil servant. Now you can wear a navy suit in winter, with a gray sweater with a semi-high collar inside and a down jacket outside. Girls wear light makeup, clothes should not be too bright, simple and clean. Take off your down jacket after entering the interview classroom (the classroom is generally air-conditioned). Look at the examiner in the middle first, then sweep both sides, and nod to the leading teacher with a smile. Give the interviewer a good first impression. When answering questions, remember to organize the language first, and think about the arguments and arguments before answering. There is no need to answer immediately, let alone in a hurry (that is disrespectful to the interviewer's performance). Make eye contact with each examiner during the interview, instead of staring at one examiner, because each examiner will grade you.

The first question in an interview usually asks for personal information. Please introduce yourself. What do you think are your strengths and weaknesses? In the new post, how to give full play to your advantages and overcome your disadvantages? What do you think is your most successful thing? Why wait? When answering questions, remember to focus on the job responsibilities of the civil servants you apply for. The assessment of civil servants is divided into four parts: morality, ability and diligence. You can refer to this model to introduce yourself. This flattering answering routine will give the interviewer a sense of identity. The first question has some common problems. What do you think is the most favorable environment for your development? Remember this is adversity. Because this question is about adversity quotient. I saw many people capsize on this issue! And according to my experience, adversity is often caused by myself. Why do you say that? Think for yourself.

Later, you will be tested for your organizational ability, language expression ability, logical thinking ability and so on. For example, how to attend a meeting (preparation in advance, meeting minutes, speech, feedback after the meeting, tracking, etc.). ); Organize a fund-raising activity (preparation, publicity, mobilization, fund-raising, statistics, commendation, feedback results afterwards, filing); Your views on a social phenomenon (preferably both positive and negative); Express your opinion on a sentence (similarly, you should have your own opinions and be able to justify yourself. It would be better if you could discuss it with the position you are applying for); Deal with things urgently (for example, colleagues blame you in front of the leader-what the leader wants is not right or wrong, but to solve the problem quickly; For example, what would you do if the leader made a mistake? ) and so on. Finally, the department head you apply for will ask you some professional questions, which depends on your professional ability.

The interview is very procedural. If your written test score is not high, then the interview is your last chance. It is common that some people are directly hired because they are caught by the leaders in the written test. In fact, there are many reference books for civil servants' interviews on the market. Personally, I don't think there is any need to apply for an interview training class at all. Of course, everyone is different. If you don't know anything, first read the position you applied for twice and think about your application advantages. This is likely to be tested.

As for access, of course, it is best. If not, at least ask if the position you are applying for is default. Ask the recruitment department or the people's insurance bureau about this. Don't think that you must take the civil service exam, and you will know when you become a leader in the future. Leaders actually hate people with connections! Without it, because people with backgrounds are basically difficult to manage! Ability is second.

The examination contents generally include: written examination, computer examination, interview, physical examination, pre-job training examination, etc.

1, written test: mainly test Chinese and some common sense questions, and write a composition.

For example, what is China Mobile's English? What is the website of the mobile company in your province? What is the purpose of customer service (that is, operators)? What is the company's cultural purpose? Wait, you can see it on the website of the local mobile company. Composition is that kind of old-fashioned topic, mainly writing 800 words. You must remember to write more words, neatly, and don't scribble, even if it is a running account.

2, computer test: take the typing test, generally immediately after the written test. Don't worry, 30-40 words per minute is enough. (Unless you fail the written test)

3. Interview: There are many examiners sitting there, but only one examiner will ask questions. You need to relax and consider her as your colleague (usually the department director will take the exam). The question she asks is generally: What did you do? Why do you want to be an operator? What excellent qualifications do you think are suitable for operation? Alas ~ anyway, these questions are very old-fashioned. I used to be an interviewer, and I usually asked symbolic questions to see the interviewer's reaction.

Remember, if you don't know the answer, just say, "Sorry, I don't know. Would you please tell me the answer? " Don't prevaricate, and don't swing from side to side during the interview.

Prepare "self-introduction" in advance, recite it, and be confident in the interview!

4, physical examination: unified to the hospital physical examination.

5. Pre-job training examination: training first, then examination, divided into written examination and computer examination. The computer test is more difficult.
