Regarding the issuance of house tickets, the Measures pointed out that for those who voluntarily choose to be resettled by house tickets, after the expropriated person signs an agreement on compensation and resettlement for house expropriation with the district house expropriation department, the district house expropriation department will issue house tickets. The expropriated person can pay the purchase price for himself, his spouse, parents and children with the room ticket.
It is worth mentioning that the longest validity period of choosing "room ticket" for resettlement is 12 months. If the expropriated person voluntarily gives up within the validity period or fails to actually use it at the expiration, it shall be implemented in accordance with the original expropriation compensation and resettlement agreement, and the compensation collected during the holding period of the house ticket does not bear interest.
In addition, the "Measures" stipulate that on the basis of the preferential margin for the purchase of resettlement houses, if the expropriated person purchases the resettlement houses in Nanjing New Third District with a house ticket, the expropriated person will be given a house purchase reward that does not exceed the face value of the house 10%; If the expropriated person buys other resettlement houses in Nanjing with a house ticket, he will be given a house purchase reward not exceeding 5% of the face value of the expropriated person's house.
