Outgoing rule:
The 20 teams participating in the qualifiers are Bahrain, China, Hongkong, China, China, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yemen.
20 teams are divided into 5 groups, with 4 teams in each group. Each team can only play one game with the other three teams. The winner gets three points, the loser gets no points, and the draw gets one point each.
The group ranking is determined according to the following rules:
A, the person with the highest score ranks first.
If two or more teams score the same, compare them in the following order to determine the ranking order:
B, compare the scores of several teams with equal points. If they are still equal, then:
C. compare the goal difference between teams with equal points. If they are still equal, then:
D. compare the number of goals scored by teams with equal points. If they are still equal, then:
E. compare the total goal difference of the whole group match. If they are still equal, then:
F, compare the total number of goals in the whole group match. If they are still equal, then:
G. draw lots.
The top two in each group qualify and enter the knockout stage. Among them, each group must kick off at the same time in the last round of two games.
