Can labor arbitration be audited?

Labor arbitration cases can be audited.

The arbitration tribunal shall notify both parties in writing of the date and place of the hearing five days before the hearing. If the parties have justified reasons, they may request an extension of the hearing three days before the hearing. The extension or not shall be decided by the labor dispute arbitration commission.

Some workers want to attend other arbitration cases before applying for labor arbitration, so as to know the first result of labor arbitration. But I'm not a party to the labor arbitration, so I'm not sure if I can participate. Labor arbitration cases can be audited, but there are certain restrictions. Citizens are allowed to attend labor and personnel dispute cases that are openly tried according to law. Citizens can attend with valid identity documents. Foreigners and stateless persons with valid certificates who request to attend the audit shall be handled with reference to the provisions on citizens' attendance. If the news media requests to attend and interview, it shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions and reported to the person in charge of the Arbitration Commission for approval. After examination and approval, audio recording, video recording or video recording may be made. However, the following eight categories of personnel are not allowed to attend the public hearing of labor and personnel dispute cases: witnesses of the case; Appraiser; Minors; Mental illness, drunkenness or taking psychedelic drugs; Persons carrying weapons, murder weapons or other dangerous goods; Persons who carry photography, video recording and recording equipment without permission and do not listen to dissuasion; Persons who refuse to show their identity documents or refuse security inspection; Other persons who may interfere with the arbitration order.

Public trial activities, citizens can attend.

When the attendance seats cannot meet the needs, the people's court may issue the attendance seats in the order of application or by drawing lots or shaking numbers, but priority shall be given to the close relatives of the parties or other interested parties to attend the case.

The following persons are not allowed to participate:

(1) Witnesses, expert witnesses and people with specialized knowledge who are prepared to appear in court to express their opinions;

(two) minors without the approval of the people's court;

(three) refused to accept the safety inspection;

(4) Drunken people, mental patients or other people with abnormal mental state;

(5) Other persons who may endanger court security or disturb court order.
