Yang Xu Primary School is a famous football school. Because of his talent, he was hired by Dalian Ito Club. In 2003, Yang Xu entered Liaozu and became the backbone player of Liaozu Reserve Team.
In 2004, Yang Xu participated in the Asian Youth Championship held in Shizuoka with the China Youth Team.
