First, the interview time
There are two stages:
The first stage is from June 5 to 9, and the organs below the city will recruit for interviews. For the specific interview time, please pay attention to the relevant announcements or notices of the municipal civil service authorities or recruitment units where the positions are applied for;
The second stage is from June 13 to June 17, and the provincial authorities and their directly affiliated institutions (including the directly affiliated units of the provincial local tax system and the provincial prisons and drug rehabilitation system, the same below) will conduct job interviews. The specific interview time and place of each recruitment position will be notified separately.
The interview starts at 8: 30 in the morning and at 14: 30 in the afternoon.
Second, the interview place
Candidates who apply for positions in organs below the city shall be interviewed in different places. See Annex 1 for specific interview methods.
Third, the interview method
Structured interview is implemented, that is, the interviewer asks questions and the interviewer answers them to evaluate the interviewer's basic quality and work ability. Each person answers four questions for 20 minutes.
Four. qualification test
In order to ensure fairness and justice and the suitability of people and posts, the competent department of civil servants or all recruiting units shall conduct qualification examination before the interview. The "List of Qualified Examiners in the Province" (Annex 2) will be published. Candidates are requested to pay attention to the time, place and related requirements of qualification examination of recruiting units in various places.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention
(a) candidates who apply for recruitment positions in institutions below the city, their qualification examination, physical fitness assessment, physical examination and other links in the city where the position is located. Candidates who apply for positions in provincial organs and their directly affiliated institutions shall conduct qualification examination, physical fitness assessment, interview and physical examination in Guangzhou.
(2) Candidates who apply for professional and technical positions recruited by five units, including the Provincial Water Resources Department, the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office and the Provincial Geological Bureau, must conduct professional subject tests before the interview. For related matters, please pay attention to the professional subject examination announcement published on the website of the recruiting unit.
(3) Candidates should pay close attention to the relevant notices or announcements of municipal civil servant departments and provincial recruitment units, and keep the telephone contact open. Candidates who interview in different places should also pay close attention to the relevant notices or announcements of the municipal civil service authorities where the interview place is located. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the examination room in advance and reserve enough time to avoid regret caused by being late.
(4) Candidates must report to the designated examination room 45 minutes before the interview begins (that is, before 7: 45 am and before 7: 45 pm 13: 45 pm) according to the interview time and examination room arrangement announced by the competent department of civil servants, and take their written admission ticket and ID card to attend the interview lottery. (5) Candidates should obey the management of the staff at the interview site. Those who violate the interview regulations will be dealt with severely in accordance with the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in Civil Service Examination Recruitment.
