Class teacher's work (3): change seats

It is really difficult to change seats in class. After working for a year and a half, I deeply feel that it is not easy to change seats for students. At first, I planned to learn from the practice of my head teacher in high school, and divide into groups, where three people sit together and the whole group works together, and a group of nine people (just corresponding to nine disciplines, and each group member is responsible for one discipline). I have already allocated seats before school starts. After school starts, students are unwilling to sit with three people. I also consider that it is true that three people sit together, and the students in the middle are not easy to get in and easy to talk. After all, students' self-discipline is not enough. So, I changed my seat to the mode of two people sitting together. In this case, it will be more difficult to get together, so we won't let it happen. The class changes seats every half month, and I adjust my seats every time.

When I change seats, I will consider the height, the last position and the speech phenomenon. Usually in the middle first, then on both sides next time. It will be easier to change it according to the habit later. Although every time I change seats, my classmates are always dissatisfied, but it is difficult for me to satisfy everyone. Sometimes giving them too much say will break the rules, but students will lead them by the nose. I just don't have enough dignity. Students dare to give me all kinds of opinions about changing seats.

The next semester has been divided into classes, and now the initial idea is still the group mode, with 6 people as a group, the study group and the clean area group tied together, and the group management mode is adopted. If the groups sit together, the seats will be changed according to the group integral formula. The top three have the priority to choose seats, and the rest will be decided by lot. This requires me to divide the whole class into one area. Do more work at the beginning, and it will be easy to decide later.
