1. The right to kick off in the first game is determined by both sides hitting two main balls with the same specifications at the same time after kick-off, and it will stop after hitting the bottom. The side near the top of the ball has the right to tee off.
If the hit ball does not touch the bottom or enter the bag, it is a foul and the opponent gets the right to kick off; If both sides are at the same distance from the top edge, and both sides can't be fined or fouled, play again until one side gets the right to kick off.
2. The organizing committee of the competition may take turns to kick off for both sides or winners when determining multiple competitions before the competition.
3. After tee-off, any target balls must be put into the bag, or at least four target balls must touch the edge of the table. If the main ball jumps off the table after the kick-off, or the number of target balls in the bag is less than 4 or touches the edge of the table, it is a foul.

4. If the No.8 ball goes directly into the bag after the kick-off, the kick-off party will kick off again.

Five, determine the color
1. After a party legally scores a goal in an open competition, if the category of the goal (full color or suit) is the opponent's legal target ball and the other category is the opponent's legal target ball, the game is over.

Six, hit the ball
1. Players don't need to specify a bagged ball or pocket every time they hit the ball (except when playing the No.8 ball). 3. After one side hits the cue ball and touches the target ball, if no target ball enters the bag, at least one ball must touch the edge of the table (including the cue ball).

Seven, sticky ball
1. When the cue ball is attached to the local target ball on the table, the batter can make the target ball move after hitting the cue ball, and the shooting angle is not limited, but the hitting action must be obvious. Eight, jump ball
1, the batter can hit the main ball off the table, skip other target balls and hit his own target ball directly according to technical needs. However, the provisions of rule 6 still apply.

Nine fouls, three fouls in a row
When one side fouls three times in a row in the same game, it loses the game. However, the referee is obliged to warn one party after two consecutive fouls.
Two consecutive fouls-refers to the foul behavior of one side in the process of hitting the ball three times in a row, regardless of whether the other side hits the ball, scores or fouls. If one side fouls twice in a row, and after it is his turn to hit the ball, there is a legal goal in one stroke, the foul is no longer continuous.
Lose the game
1. The opponent hit the No.8 ball and fell into the designated bag without a foul, or it has been fouled three times in a row.
2. Hit the No.8 ball into the bag first, and don't hit all our target balls into the bag.
3. Hit the No.8 ball off the table (except at tee time).
4. When the eighth ball is played, the cue ball falls into the bag or jumps off the table.
