First of all, in order to make the class work full of vitality, we can designate two class committees to take turns to be the week in the first day of junior high school. When we set up the class committee, we told the students that we have a one-month probation period. At the end of the probation period, we will implement a 40% elimination system for each half semester, that is, at the end of the last semester of Senior One and the end of the first half semester of Senior One, we will assess the students who are backward in elimination respectively. If every class cadre did a good job, we wouldn't have to be eliminated. Of course, for the eliminated students, we should do ideological appeasement, and tell the students when the class Committee is established, so that they can be psychologically prepared. The replaced students can also hold other positions in the class. The class committee should evaluate every week, and the two groups of class committees should compete. On the one hand, the assessment scheme is the completion of routine work, on the other hand, it is the style of study of the class, which can be assessed from the aspects of whether the class discipline has improved, whether the homework has improved, and whether the monthly exam results have been implemented. Through these aspects, we can see the work of a class committee. The class committee meeting is held once a week, and the previous class committee summarizes the gains and losses of this week, so that the next class committee can attract enough attention and improvement in the work next week. When the first class committee is on duty, the second class committee will supervise and record the advantages and disadvantages. At the class Committee meeting, let students reflect on their growth and make continuous progress through their own speeches and self-summary.
In the second day of junior high school, when more students are familiar with the class work, we can change the class Committee from two sets to four sets. It is also through the elimination system that our class management comes alive.
In the third grade, we can make six sets of class committees according to the situation, or let the whole class try to be class committees, so that more students can get exercise.
