After discovering the problem, I have been thinking: how to make students move? I thought about it carefully and read a lot of information. I found that the key to the problem still depends on the teacher's guidance. Efficient classroom requires interaction between teachers and students, that is, highlighting the leading role of teachers and students' dominant position. This requires students to be "chaotic" and orderly in classroom activities. What classroom teaching needs is not lively scenes, but in-depth research and thinking on problems, which is the promotion of innovative spirit and comprehensive quality. So, I made a small adjustment to the classroom teaching:
1. Teachers should fully consider the collocation of members when assigning tasks in groups, and the problems of A, B, C and D in the study plan should be refined to individuals, including good, medium and poor students. Therefore, it avoids the phenomenon that only a few students performed their tasks in the past, so that different students have different gains, avoids the problem of intra-group conflicts and better strengthens the spirit of unity and cooperation.
For the cooperation, communication and presentation in class, I don't assign tasks first, but let them participate in the discussion of each topic. After giving a certain discussion time, assign tasks by drawing lots. This prevents some groups from only discussing their own problems and not asking other groups' problems. At the same time, it also avoids the "hitchhiking" behavior of some students who get something for nothing.
3. Teach students the skills of teamwork. In group discussion, teachers should pay close attention to students' emotions and improvise ways to adjust the classroom atmosphere, so that students' thinking is active and they can think seriously. In group cooperation, teachers should tour among groups to guide students to adopt correct and effective cooperation methods, and give timely guidance, encouragement and help. For example, in the study of group cooperation and division of labor, we should teach students the method of division of labor, and undertake different difficult tasks according to the abilities of different members to ensure the smooth completion of the tasks. In group discussion and exchange study, teach students to respect each other, understand each other and be good at listening to each other's opinions; If you have different opinions, wait for the other party to finish before adding or raising objections; When encountering differences or difficulties, we should be calm, learn to reflect and solve problems constructively. Students' problems should be discussed in class. Problems in students' speeches should be corrected in time. So as to improve the effect of cooperative learning.
4. Give students timely and objective evaluation in classroom teaching. Evaluation is particularly necessary to promote students' autonomous learning. Without necessary evaluation, it is impossible to effectively monitor students' autonomous learning, which will inevitably lead to the laissez-faire of the classroom. I adopted a combination of teacher evaluation and students' mutual evaluation, and paid attention to students' mutual evaluation. Six small pairs score each other and compete with each other in class. The quantity and quality of students' answers in class will also affect their scores. In this way, the competition between groups is fierce, thus mobilizing the enthusiasm of students.
To sum up, group cooperative learning is an important form of classroom organization in an efficient classroom, but to make it play its greatest role, it is still necessary for teachers to explore, try and study cooperative learning activities in a deeper level, so as to reduce the inefficiency in the process of student cooperation and further improve classroom efficiency.
