"Comprehensive Knowledge of Music" is one of the unified examination subjects for graduate students with a master's degree in Art and Design College of Yunnan University.
The examination of "Music Comprehensive Knowledge" embodies the characteristics of running a master of arts. Examination content
First, the test content music quality includes solfeggio and ear training. Solfeggio test mainly examines the examinee's ability to read and sing music and control the pitch, rhythm, strength, speed and music processing. The ear training test mainly examines candidates' ability to listen to pitch and rhythm, as well as their ability to record music.
Second, the scope of the test is solfeggio, which is a piece of music with a difficulty within an ascending and descending sign (about 10 bar). Ear exercises are based on natural sounds, including proper inflection and staff.
Mainly includes:
1, monophonic group.
2. A set of harmony intervals (single intervals within octaves).
3. Chords (major, minor, in-situ increasing and decreasing triad and transposition).
4. Melody (8 bars in length, within a rising and falling symbol).
Third, the examination methods and scores
1, examination method: the solfeggio examination adopts the form of drawing lots, that is, singing. The ear training test adopts the form of closed-book written test. All candidates are required to take solfeggio and listening training tests.
