I. Interview
(1) List of interviewers
According to the fractional line and the specified proportion of the written test for civil servants in the 20 15 exam, and according to the order from high score to low score of the total score of qualified written test (including extra points for care), it is determined that Lu Weisen and other candidates 1344 candidates will enter the interview (see annex 1 for the list).
(2) The time and place of the interview qualification examination.
Verification time of interview qualification review: July 9, 20 15, June 10.
Location of interview qualification review and verification: On-site qualification verification shall be adopted, and all qualification review units shall notify you (for details of the contact numbers of qualification review units, please refer to the position table of civil servants employed in the 20 15 annual examination in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region).
If the qualification review is passed, the recruitment agency will issue an interview notice.
(three) the materials to be provided for the interview qualification examination.
Candidates must bring the following original documents and materials to the designated place for qualification review according to the specified time and requirements:
1. Valid ID card;
2. Graduation certificate and degree certificate (recent college graduates must provide graduates' employment recommendation form stamped by their school);
3. "Public * * * Subject Written Examination Admission Ticket";
4. Registration form;
5. Household registration book (required by applicants with household registration requirements);
6. grassroots work experience's certificate (required for those who apply for the position required by grassroots work experience);
7. The certificate issued by the unit agreeing to enter the examination (with official seal);
8. Other qualification documents required for applying for the position.
On-the-job applicants, if it is clear that it is difficult to issue the application certificate agreed by their unit, can provide it during physical examination and inspection with the consent of the recruitment agency.
After the announcement of the interview, those who voluntarily give up the interview qualification or fail to pass the interview qualification review will not be replaced and will be interviewed according to the actual personnel.
(4) Time and place of interview
Interview time: 2065438+July 2005 1 1. The interview will start at 8:30 am.
Interview location: relevant schools in Chongzuo, and there are 4 civil servant interview test sites in the city.
Test center 1: Primary school affiliated to Guangxi Teachers College for Nationalities (No.Lichuan Road 102, south of Chongzuo City, opposite Longzhou Community). Candidates participating in the interview are: candidates who have been shortlisted for interviews in the city's party and mass system and legal inspection system.
Test site 2: Middle School Affiliated to Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities (Fozi Road, Chengnan District, Chongzuo City). Candidates participating in the interview are: daxin county, Tian and other short-listed candidates (except Party-mass system).
Test center 3: Guangxi Chongzuo ASEAN International Vocational Education College (No.37, Fozi Road, Chengnan District, Chongzuo City). Candidates participating in the interview are: candidates from municipal units, Fusui County and Longzhou County (except the party-mass system).
Test site 4: Chongzuo High School (No.0/06, Taiping Road, Jiangzhou District, Chongzuo City). Candidates participating in the interview are: candidates from Jiangzhou District, Ningming County and Pingxiang City (except the party-mass system).
The specific interview location of candidates is subject to the "Interview Notice".
(v) Form of interview
This interview is organized.
Second, physical examination
According to the ratio of the number of planned employees to the number of medical examinees 1: 1, the candidates for medical examination are determined in the order from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score of applicants [the total score of qualified written examination of public subjects (including extra points for care)+the total score of qualified written examination of professional subjects+the total score of qualified interview].
The time and place of medical examination will be notified separately, and the medical examination expenses will be borne by the candidates who take part in the medical examination.
Third, physical assessment.
Those who apply for the posts of people's police in courts, procuratorates, prisons and reeducation-through-labor systems and non-public security professionals who apply for the posts of people's police in public security organs must be assessed for their physical fitness. The position of the people's police can be evaluated according to the actual number of people who have participated in the interview and passed the examination.
In principle, the physical fitness assessment time will be conducted within two days after the interview, and the specific time and concentration place will be notified separately during the on-site qualification examination.
Fourth, matters needing attention
(a) candidates must go to the designated place for interview qualification review according to the specified time and requirements, and only those who pass the interview can participate in the interview.
(2) Candidates attend the interview with the interview notice, their valid resident ID card and the written examination admission ticket for public subjects.
(3) Candidates who have passed the interview qualification re-examination must report to the waiting room and draw lots before 07: 30 am on July 1 1, and candidates will participate in the interview according to the lottery number. If you don't arrive in the waiting room before 8: 00 am on the day of the interview, you will be automatically given up.
(4) There is no charge for interview and physical fitness assessment. Candidates arrange their own transportation, accommodation and expenses.
(5) Physical fitness assessment should include sportswear and sports shoes, and candidates should bring their own.
(6) Candidates should pay for their own medical expenses. Candidates who take part in the physical examination are required to submit a recent two-inch bareheaded color photo.
Verb (short for verb) others
(1) If the candidate fails to provide relevant documents and materials during the interview qualification review, or the documents and materials provided are incomplete or the information is false, the competent department of civil servants in Chongzuo will cancel the interview qualification; Candidates who have forged academic qualifications and other documents to cheat the examination qualifications and other serious violations of discipline and discipline shall be disqualified from this interview according to the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2009]126) and shall not apply for civil servants for five years.
(2) After the release of this announcement, candidates who give up in the interview qualification review, interview, physical examination, physical fitness assessment and inspection, and provide a written waiver application for the first time within 2 days after receiving the notice, will be recorded in the integrity file but will not be punished; If the above-mentioned situations appear twice in total, civil servants in our district may not apply for it within 1 year; If you fail to provide a written waiver application within 2 days after receiving the notice, you may not apply for civil servants in our district within 2 years.
