Zhao Yin, formerly known as Beast Cave Mountain, was named after Dai Qing, a famous artist in the Southern Dynasties, who lived here in seclusion and refused to do good.
Zhao Yin Temple was originally built on the mountain, which was converted from Dai Qing's old house.
Dai Qing only gave birth to one daughter. After Dai Qing died, this woman decided not to marry, so she gave up her house as a temple, hence the name Zhao Yin Temple.
2. Old Tiger Running Spring
On the left side of the mountain road, it is said that when Zen master Fa 'an of the Eastern Jin Dynasty first came to this mountain, he had difficulty drinking water, so the tiger dug this spring for him, hence the name Tiger Running Spring.
There is a well in the spring pool, and the spring eye is in the well. The water is clear, but you can make tea.
There are Tiger Running Pavilion and Tiger Spring Pavilion in the building, which are rectangular and elegant in design.
During the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, Yuan Jizu rebuilt the square pool and renamed it "Evergreen Evergreen Pool", indicating that the spring water is crystal clear all the year round, so the Tiger Running Pavilion is also called "Evergreen Evergreen Pavilion".
3. Jiuhua Mountain
Jiuhua Mountain is one of the three mountain systems in southern Anhui, and its main body is a strong fault uplift belt composed of granite rock mass.
Except sedimentary rocks, most of the marginal areas are slight uplift zones of folded fault blocks composed of granodiorite.
Jiuhua Mountain is located in the north subtropical zone, which is influenced by humid monsoon and restricted by mountain elevation and topography, so it has the characteristics of mild, humid and cool mountain climate.
4. Migong Temple
Mifei has enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Zhenjiang and painted for decades, and has built three houses successively.
At the foot of Gubei Mountain, there is Haiyue Temple with natural scrolls; On the bank of Qian Qiu Bridge, there is an acre of shady Xishan Academy; Next to Helin Temple in the southern suburbs, there is a boutique house called "Urban Mountain Forest".
Mi Fei died of illness at the age of 57 in Huaiyang military residence. His son Mi Hui Yuan followed his father's wishes, buried his body in front of Helin Temple, and built a shrine in his house, namely Migong Temple.
5. Uncle Mao Lianchi
There is a small pond on the left side of Helin Temple, which is said to have been carved by Zhou Dunyi (word Mao Shu) in Song Dynasty, so it is called Mao Shu Lianchi.
Zhou Dunyi, a philosopher in the Northern Song Dynasty, lost his father when he was young and went to town with his mother to go to his uncle. On weekdays, he is very friendly with Shouya monk in Helin Temple. He once stayed in the temple to study, and he loved lotus flowers most all his life.
He is the world-famous author of Ailian.
He chiseled a square pond in the temple and planted lotus flowers, called Ailian pond, which is also the Maoshu lotus pond.
