First, the editorial department management system

2. Editors have the obligation to study relevant editing software in depth, strictly review and sort out the collected manuscripts, and plan and organize related activities;

3. Members of the editorial department shall not shirk or refuse to carry out the assigned tasks for any reason when they have the arrangement of soliciting contributions, trade wind board newspaper, trade wind electronic magazine, the planning of essay writing and the organization of activities and tasks;

4. The literary society has the right to deal with those who do not actively participate in the activities of the literary society and departmental activities.

Second, the management system of creative departments.

1. The responsibilities of the creative department are: to contribute to the news center irregularly, actively participate in various essay-writing activities, and contribute to the society regularly;

2. The members of the creative department must obey the task assignment.

3. Require members of the creative department to provide at least one high-quality article every week, and members shall not shirk or refuse to contribute for any reason;

4. Members must actively participate in all kinds of essay activities organized by the club and have the obligation to provide high-quality manuscripts for the activities;

5. Literary societies have the right to deal with people who do not actively participate in the activities of literary societies and departments.

Three. Secretariat management system

1. responsibilities of the secretariat department: responsible for the production, release and publicity of posters for activities inside and outside the society, and responsible for the minutes of various meetings; And manage the internal finance of the club; Responsible for outreach work and prepare funds for community activities;

2. Members are obliged to accurately and clearly record the contents of each regular meeting and other meetings;

3. If necessary, members are responsible for external work to raise funds for the club;

4. Members have the obligation to verify and manage the financial affairs of the Association, and members must be honest and honest to ensure that the financial use of the Association is clear and transparent;

5. Members must obey the tasks assigned by department leaders. If adjustment is needed, it can be negotiated with the minister and other members, but it is not allowed to shirk or refuse to implement it for any reason;

6. The literary society has the right to deal with people who do not actively participate in the activities of the literary society or the activities of the department.

Measures for the election of the person in charge of the Trade Wind Literature Society

The management organization of Trade Style Literature Society of China University of Information Science consists of president, vice president, secretary-general, editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief and ministers and deputy ministers of various departments.

First, the election method of the president, vice president, secretary general and editor-in-chief of the literary society.

1. The term of office of the President is one year, and he can be re-elected at most once. If the current chairman intends to be re-elected, he must submit an application for re-election to the club board one month before the end of his term. The board of directors of the club will determine the date of the general meeting according to the situation, and vote by secret ballot at this general meeting. The number of members attending this general meeting of all members must account for more than two-thirds of all members, which is the effective voting number. If more than half of the votes agree to be re-elected, they can be re-elected.

2. Before the end of his term of office, the President did not submit an application for re-election. The new president is recommended by members, nominated by the president, and the president can nominate one person.

3. The Council of the Association shall determine the date of convening the general meeting of all members according to the situation, and vote by secret ballot at this general meeting. Before voting, candidates must draw lots to make campaign speeches in order. After the speeches, all the members will vote, and the candidate with the most votes will be elected as the next president.

4. After the new chairman is produced, it will be deliberated by the club board and formally appointed as the new chairman after deliberation and approval.

5. If the current president needs to resign during his term of office, the vice president will act as the president, and the vice president will complete the remaining term and organize the next presidential election. The acting president has no right of nomination and re-election.

6. The vice president, secretary-general and editor-in-chief are nominated by the elected president and then submitted to the Council of the Association for deliberation. After deliberation and approval, they were formally appointed as the new vice president, secretary-general and editor-in-chief

II. Methods for selecting deputy editors, ministers and deputy ministers.

1. Deputy Editor-in-Chief and ministers of various ministries are nominated by the editor-in-chief and recommended by members.

2. The new president will organize a general meeting of all members and vote for the deputy editor-in-chief and minister in turn. The number of members attending this general meeting must account for more than two-thirds of all members, and the candidate with the most votes is elected as deputy editor-in-chief and minister.

3. If it is necessary to set up a deputy minister, it shall be nominated by the minister without voting.

4. After the head of each department is produced, the new president will review and give guidance, and then formally appoint the head of each department after the review.

Third, the handover work

1. The handover shall be carried out within 3 days after the new person in charge is elected, and all members of the club shall be present at the handover;

2. Handover contents include: all kinds of paper materials and electronic materials of the club, as well as the club's finance, account statements, internal and external work, etc.

3. After the handover is completed, the outgoing person in charge and the new person in charge need to sign the handover work sheet, and the handover work officially ends.

Four. general survey

1. The above election method is for the election of the head of the Trade Style Literature Society, which will take effect as of the date of entry into force of the Articles of Association.

2. The election and appointment of department heads should be completed within one week after the election of the new president.

3. The right to interpret the above election methods belongs to the Board of Directors of Trade Wind Literature Society.
